TV mount works great. Easy to use. Makes the TV viewing more versatile for different angles.

The agent was familiar with my new tv and its mounting. He was organized, quick, and professional.

While mounting the Samsung 85" Class 8000 Series TV requires careful planning and assistance due to its size, it offers an overall smooth experience if you're prepared. Once mounted, it delivers a sleek, modern look, and the viewing angles and cable management options help enhance the overall setup. Be sure to use the proper mounting hardware, and consider professional installation if you're not confident in doing it yourself. Good thing Geek squad did the mounting!

Our purchase/delivery got very complicated and we were extremely disappointed. We called the Stillwater, OK store to buy and arrange everything but our phone rep was not in store and DID NOT LISTEN to our install address. He scheduled our install at our Texas address even though we told him 4-5 times it was a Stillwater, OK INSTALL! It was a mess. One man in corporate helped us tremendously and once he got installers rerouted they were superb. I was very sad to learn just because you call a store location you do not get the store! That I do not like!

ok I'm pretty handy at stuff but decided to pay a little extra and have them hang the TV, the guys showed up and introduced themselves showed them where the tv was to be mounted and they set it all up, then before drilling asked if that's where I wanted it to go. after looking at it decided to move it up 6 inches glad I did. they drilled and mounted the holded, hooked up the sound bar and Eric stayed and finished showing me all the stuff the new tv could do. this was so much nicer than trying to do it all myself.

Grant was on time, polite, informative, and very careful around all my things in the tight space the TV needed to be mounted on the wall. He was efficient and answered all my questions. When he was done he ran through the settings with me. He cleaned up all the cardboard. The only way anyone would know he had been here was the old TV was replaced with a new TV.

Christian Gonzalez and his assistant were very professional and courteous. They mounted our new TV quickly and took the time to set it up and explain the new features. This is our first new TV in 15 years so definitely appreciated them taking the time.

Ordering my service online was easy and the tech was very professional and courteous. Because of COVID-19, the tech arrived with a mask and covering over his clothes. He also had cones to mark off 6 feet of work space. The job was completed quickly and professionally. This is my 3rd time using Best Buy to come to my home and I will only use them.

Purchased this for my LG 80 inch TV. It is incredible how easy it is to move around the tv with it.

My GEEK SQUAD was so nice. They called ahead to let me know when they will arrive and were very prompt. Very knowledgeable, quick, clean and answered all my questions. Set up my Wall Mounted TV and my add-ons: antenna and DVD. Gave me a run through of operating my TV and DVD. Showed me features of SAMSUNG. One of the Squad lives in my city and was able to troubleshoot common problems.

Great service. Old tv was taken away by 1 team & 5 minutes later a 2nd team came with new tv to install. Very efficient.

The two installers did a much better job than I had expected, never having used Geek Squad services before. I had an existing mount that had to be moved a few inches higher and the did a great job installing a 75" TV. No muss, no fuss, no mess. Only issue was having to pay extra for a 12' HDMI cable - way overpriced at BB but but after spending >$3500 on a TV (more than my first new car), another $40 wasn't going to break me!

The techs who installed BOTH of my TVs AND soundbar on the walls were professional and knowledgeable. They were very efficient and cared about the customers viewing experience. I would ONLY recommend Best Buys Install Services for the home theatre and TV Mounting.
