I purchased this product to mount a 65 inch LG OLED 4K television above my fireplace in a great room. Technicians installed in less than an hour. Product came with all necessary mounting brackets and other hardware. Technicians were able to adjust height and level tv using this tv mount. This product added to my overall satisfaction of my Best Buy experience.

The installer did a great job of hanging our bracket for the TV and also installing to the Wi-Fi. He arrived on time was very professional. He answered our questions and was truly interested in getting a job done right. Congratulations to him and he made us very happy with our new TV on the wall.

The technicians did a great job of mounting and installing my new Samsung Frame TV. They were extremely patient with me in deciding the placement and making necessary adjustments I requested. They took their time and were extremely neat and professional.

The Geek Squad was efficient and helpful. They paired my Xfinity remotes and showed me how to use them. They did a fantastic job.

I can not say enough good things about our installers and the job they did. Seamless, clean, professional, etc. However, it’s too expensive in my book. We purchased 4 mounts and wanted them to install all of them. But the price prevented us from doing so. We opted to have the largest installed and am glad that we did. I think that for a tv the large and heavy having someone with a lot of experience can never hurt. But there should definitely be packages for multiple TVs and the staring price for one should be lower. Our 1.5 hours worth of relatively easy work should not be so expensive. But if you are good with the price the service itself is fantastic!

I love the Geek Squad—the team did a GREAT job with the tools and the installation. They even made sure that my sound bar was installed properly and that the tv was the right height. Another awesome job!

Was told at the store when placing order that the crew ‘worked on older homes all the time and that lath and plaster walls were fine…’ Order placed by store associate thusly included parts necessary to conceal wires into wall. Crew showed up and said they don’t cut into lath walls and that they would have to surface mount. Crew promised to return parts and we wouldn’t be charged. This hasn’t been the case and after speaking with store manager, was informed that the crew hadn’t yet put the parts back into system yet and not to worry we wouldn’t be charged. Now have filed a dispute with Best Buy. Also should have installers write down instructions for the new universal remote ….

The team that presented were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They completed the Set up my cable provider as well as supported me with an orientation to the fire stick and sound bar.

The technicians arrived on time, quickly doned bootys and reviewed the space/wall for mounting and quickly and securely installed the wall mount. They installed the tv, bundling wires and connected it to my network and audio system. They took the time to explain the important functions and how to adjust several functions. They removed all the packing materials and left the house exactly as they found it. Very satisfied with their support.

Super professional! The communicated exactly when they would be arriving and came when they said. They removed an older TV and wall-mount and replaced with new in under 30 minutes, which included unpacking and cleanup. I know they do this all day, but it was very impressive seeing how easy they made it look. Well worth the reasonable cost and peace of mind.

The tech that came to mount my televisions was nice, knowledgeable and professional. He allowed me time to decide the exact location of where I wanted the televisions placed on the wall. He gave recommendations and his opinions, but allowed me to make the final decision. He programmed the remotes, and completed any required configurations. He didn't get a 5 star rating because I noticed an extra hole, the size of a nickel, behind the television in one of the bedrooms. It's behind the screen so I didn't see it until after he'd left. I see wall patchwork in my future. Overall, this was a good experience, and I recommend this service.

I love the TV. It is exactly what I wanted. It is easy to turn on and off. I love the large picture. The color is amazing. The Geek squad made sure that the TV and cable were set up correctly.

After purchasing our 4K TV the Geek Squad arrived as promised and quickly set up our new tv. They spent time showing us the many features of our new tv and explained that we needed Verizon to come out and install new boxes for the best reception. The story with Verizon was a nightmare
