Only because we couldn't make the full function mounting bracket work without using anchors, and the Tech didn't feel comfortable using them. Even at that, he did an exceptional job, was very knowledgable, and went the extra effort to make sure the job was complete, and to the best of my satisfaction. Best But has always done a good job installing, and/or repairing my electronics.

Install crew did a great job installing units and both TV to the wall.

After experiencing frustration with installing a big screen TV in my living room a couple of years ago I decided to have Geek Squad install my new LG OLED 55 inch in the master bedroom. It was a great experience. The agent was fast and synced all my devices to the new TV. It was a great experience and I will have Geek Squad install a replacement for the living room TV in the near future.

Amazing service! Could not have been happier! 3 TVs mounted, sound bar on one with remote programming and our media room set up with speakers mounted, remote progamming, audio components, etc. All to perfection…

On Oct.28, 2021, Lacey from the Geek Squad did our wall mount for a new T.V. She also adjusted other T.V. Comcast boxes and handsets. Additionally, she was incredibly informative and explained many things to me and encouraged me to call her if I needed any help. Appointment was conducted in a timely manner and I was given updates before. Great service.

Easy to install and very good support for my 85 inch TV

The Geek Squad did a wonderful job. They were personable, careful, and thorough. They brought the TV to the basement, unboxed it, and mounted it without troubles.

Excellent service! The all women team knocked it out of the park. The TV mount we originally purchased was not going to work. They had another model in the truck which would and they quickly made the change out. Bonus - it was less$ and Best Buy refunded us the difference. They cleaned up after the install and it looks so good. Very professional!

The agents that came by and mounted everything were very nice. They cleaned up after themselves, also made sure we didn't need anything else. Since our tools are still on their way from being shipped. This was a great value, they measured and did everything very well.

Couldn't have asked for better service. They were polite, helpful in answering all my questions, careful and conscientious with the tv and my property, and very fast with the installation. They even bring a level to make sure the tv is straight! I would highly recommend this service.

Purchased a 65" LG TV and a wall mount. The Geek Squad did a great job with the TV installation, and thoroughly explained the options in the TV menu. They also installed the TV on a Rocketfish wall mount purchased from Best Buy. Great attention to detail, explained how to use the mount, and then cleaned up after their work.

They had a tall order mounting my 100 inch tv , two flights upstairs . It happened so smoothly . Exceptional service

Both were very efficient and the install worked well. Only complaint, is a minor one. They did not get the manual out of the box to give to me. I assumed that there was no manual included, even though it was mentioned in the item description online. I did locate a digital copy and downloaded it. When we broke down the box for recycle we found it plus some items that would have enhanced the installation by lifting the tv up so it would not be partially blocked by the sound bar. Like I said not major issues, but one of those little details. Overall very pleased with the team.

The agents were phenomenal. They just didnt install our huge tv. They spoke intelligently when we asked them questions. They set it all up and when they left, we didnt have to do anything but enjoy our beautiful shows in our beautiful living room.
