When our dog knocked our older TV off the entertainment center, it was time for a new TV. We purchased a near top of the line TV so to protect it for being knocked off, I decided to mount it to the wall. The TV is a 65 inch so I felt it would be too much for me to do it by myself. Also thought why not have someone who has experience mounting larger TVs do the job. That was the correct choice. They had it and the sound bar mounted within a couple of hours (did not time them). I'd probably still be working on it today if I was doing it LOL.

Installation was outstanding. Arrived on time after text and call to confirm on their way. Technicians (Brandon) were fast and professional. Courteous and very helpful with information. Placed the tv precisely where I wanted. Connected all devices, including cable tv box, and ran service test to confirm everything was working properly. Cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend!!

The geek squad team of 2 came and were courteous and professional. They made quick work of my old set, handle my new one with care and set things up very quickly. They turned off the settings that would have annoyed me. Overall, they save me a ton of time and I would highly recommend them.

The Geek Squad agents were great and mounted our new TV and made sure everything was working perfectly. As important was the quality work was that they were helpful and personable.

Agents mounted my new tv without incident. Install went very well! Then came time to address existing 4k hdmi cable between my 4k amplifier and tv. Agent said my 50 foot cable would not deliver an adequate signal. Then he recommended a fiber optic 8k cable at 41 feet that was on the truck for $500 + tax. Now I’m in the moment to decide to add $500 to this install before testing my new tv or wait to get a new 8k hdmi cable. After questioning agent and my sanity, I agreed to purchase the new fiber optic cable. After agent departed, I was happy with the install and tv but became disappointed after online research of the 8k fiber optic cable. Bottom line, there was a $200 surcharge added to the fiber optic cable because it was on the truck. Also I had to run the new shorter cable under the carpet instead of 50 foot cable path.

They were great. I already had the wall mount so they just had to mount the television. They were great, careful of the wall and surrounding surfaces. I will miss having Geek Squad in home service.

The installation exceeded my expectations because of the installers - Carl and his partner were exceptional. They were polite, knowledgeable, and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. They patiently answered all my questions. Carl should train all the new members of the Geek Squad install team.

Jared is the best! Such a professional and efficient installer! Great personality and very knowledgeable! He made sure I knew how to work my new TV before he left… made sure my place was near and tidy when he took away all the boxes and old equipment!

They did a wonderful job mounting our TV and sound bar! So friendly and very professional!! They took their time explaining everything and making sure it was just right! They also took the time to go through the TV settings and get us up and running without having to figure it out on our own! My husband and I were so happy with the geek squad service!

I got this for my parents with their 77" TV since I knew they wouldn't get it mounted otherwise. They said the installers were amazing, polite, and mounted the TV perfectly. They are so excited to have the rest of their room back, without the TV stand, and the TV looks amazing on the wall. Great service!

The team that came out to install the tv were great. I purchased the tv for my parents and the installation team took the time to help my dad understand how to use his new tv. They took their time and were very patient as my dad was figuring out how to use his new tv.

The guys were great. Professional and nice. I’d recommend. Not a fan of customer service on the phone. Promised me call backs twice and I never got a call. I had to follow up with them three times.

The Geek Squad technicians were courteous and did a great job putting up our 85” and 43” televisions in our basement. They cleaned up afterwards and answered all my questions. They installed and set up the televisions.
