If you ever had doubts about buying the Premium TV Mounting service, stop second guessing yourself and buy this service. You will not regret it! The Geek Squad Agents, Cameron and Lucas, who performed our service were absolutely professional. They came, they saw and they installed. Their suggestions and professional expertise were spot on. Having these two professionals do the installation saved me a lot of grief and frustration. They were worth every penny spent!

Our two agents, Justin and Matt, were fantastic!! Communication was great, they were knowledgeable and efficient. We also had them install a soundbar and run the wires behind the wall. It just all looks really nice. Very pleased and would purchase again. Yes you can probably do it by yourself or with some help but I highly recommend using Geek Squad to save yourself any trouble.

Professional technician. I wondered how difficult to mount a 75 inch tv. Kevin who did the mounting does know, did with ease and professional.

They installed my TV with professionalism and care and followed all my building’s HOA rules without a problem. They had a great attitude and were very helpful and nice. I recommend them without hesitation. They were even early which was nice and the updated me the new schedule in addition to calling the day before about their estimate arrival time. The did an excellent job!

The Geek Squad was right on time, and installed our TV quickly. We had not purchased a new wall mount, as the new TV was the same size as the old. The service guys had to do a bit of adjusting, but made the mount work perfectly.

i bought a tv for my friend. she chose the time and date that worked best for her. i was at work when they delivered the tv to her apartment. she said the team did great work and they installed it very quickly. best buy made this process so seamless.

The only flaw was when they called to narrow down the time to am or pm, they didn’t leave a message to let me know what it was & didn’t return my call back. However they called in the am & said we were their 1st stop & arrived on time. They had to make the wall mount work on our wall that has studs at some out of the norm measurements. Very pleased.

Thank you to Jose and his crew for installing a TV and mount then returned a second time because we decided to exchange the original TV. We were lucky enough to have Jose return for the second exchange/install. He was very professional and courteous.

These guys did an excellent job. Tim was very knowledgeable and thorough in his work.

The Geek Squad geeks were great in setting up my wall mounted tv & the sound bar I bought for it. Unfortunately they didn't mount a speaker in a wall not fully setting up the sound bar to my tv. I'm having difficulty hooking up wires with speaker due to loss of manual dexterity in my hands. It's very frustrating because I used to set up stereos with no trouble in the past. Still though, what they did was great.

The first crew was absolutely horrible. They had no tools. They were incompetent. They were rude and left after placing 1 piece of tape on the wall. The second crew was absolutely competent to mount the 83 inch TV, its wall bracket, the soundbar and ceiling mounted speakers. Can't say enough about their efforts. Took all packaging. They even arrived on time. Excellent experience.
