They mounted my TV perfectly. They helped me out a line it well in my room. My only that they set up all the updates and hooked it up to all the programs for me. Then they walked me through all the new features of the TV and the remote. They were extremely nice and extremely helpful. I hope to get the same 2 agents each time i need assistance.

The team that came in were friendly, cordial, and informative in giving us their insights to the tv’s planned installed location. They had all of the necessary tools and helped my family feel secure in the service.

The service was incredible. Expertly handled a job I was not capable of doing by myself. They were knowledgeable about the mount and also had some great tips about setting up the tv.

The People who came out to hang our tv did a wonderful job. They were very professional. The whole time they were here they were very respectful, took very good care of everything they were working around, answered all of our questions, and cleaned very well after.

The staff at Best Buy that comes out to install was incredibly helpful, informative and very polite. I would use them again without hesitation. They went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. It’s a five star rating six if I could give it or 10.

I recently upgraded from the 50 inch to the 65 inch screen. The size works really well for me and the picture is awesome. The one thing I don't is that it is not voice activated. I did not think to ask and the sales representative did not mention that information. I bought the fire tv cube by amazon because of I have very low vision and voice activation was a need for me. The fire cube is ok, but it is not user friendly like the tv's with voice activation.

I bought this TV as a gift for myself in my new home. The TV is worth every penny. The picture is rich and full of color, with stunning high definition. The TV is surprisingly light, so it mounted on the wall without any problem. You will not regret purchasing this TV, its a show stopper.

The man who installed my television was the best! He connected everything including syncing my tv functions with my cable remote. He was so patient with this technically-challenged older lady and explained everything to me. I could not possibly be more pleased!

The agents removed my old TV and mounted new TV with new mount. They connected and assured proper operation of my devices, cable box and home theater.

Geek Squad Installer was tremendous. Fantastic all around. We had a really complex installation because of the wall mount plus the MANY components attached to the new TV. He was patient and wasn't in a hurry to leave like other installers I've had in my house. This install also happened during COVID. ALL safety concerns were handled with the utmost of professionalism. Good job all around.

Love the Geek Squad! The mounted the 65” TV on the wall, we’re very professional, and were apologetic they couldn’t fully set up the TV because we didn’t have internet yet.

It took a couple of visits and an exchange of TV mount. At the end, they were able to do the job. The advantage is that you buy the TV and the Mount and they do the deliveries and have other people do the installation. Some times you get lucky and get a real nice installer who helps with any unexpected incident, others not.

The technician was very knowledgeable and professional along with being courteous.

Ben and Michael did an amazing job mounting our new TV. The measured and remeasured for accuracy, and work together as a team. They were so helpful with setting up streaming apps and helping us learn our new TV.

The service tech peoples came out and did a really nice job of mounting the tv up. They ask questions how you want it, where you want it, how high, and etc.... And they even program the tv for me....OH YEAH!!!!!!

The agents came on time, mounted the tv to the wall and setup the tv for us. They did a great job!

My TV had to be returned and replaced. The first team of agents (Geek Squad) was great. They installed the equipment and made sure everything was working correctly, and set controls so we could operate the TV efficiently. The team that brought the replacement was from a company they apparently hired out to. The installation was okay but not quite as good as it had been. The controls and apps are hard to find, and we cannot find the cable or anything without searching through everything. The first team deserves 5 stars. I'm not rating the second team.
