Chris (lead) and Chuck were outstanding!!! Called the day before and 15 minutes out. Were extremely caution and clean, performing all work quickly. They performed wall mounting and in-wall cabling, ensuring that all worked properly with a clean and professional look. GREAT job, and well worth the $200 for the install and removal of my old TV.

I was a little hesitant with getting this service but when your getting the best tv we agreed to provide the best install. The Squad came a little late but not interfering with our day after all it was the start of the football season YEAH!! Excellent install and good connect going thru every step and even remounted the tv they replaced going the extra step!!

The Geek Squad agents were great! Polite, professional and fast. The TV was mounted to the wall perfectly and hooked up to all the devices and assured they all worked properly and in concert with one another. The picture on this TV is stunning. We are very happy with this purchase!

I have been a customer of Best Buy for years. I had Geek Squad install home alliances, entertainment systems, you name it. Rowel and Matt have to be the best Geek Squad that has ever come to install anything. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, and are perfectionists. There aren't enough words to explain how amazing their services were today. They are the type of people that makes you keep wanting to shop at Best Buy.

Best Buy's geek squad is pretty awesome. 2 People arrived to set up our new television. They were respectful and had our TV up and running pretty quickly. This is why we use Best Buy, because of the personal connection and ease of mind with our new television.

We originally thought we could buy a tv, take it home and set it up ourselves; how hard could it be? I am so happy we did not do that and had a wonderful Geek Squad agent like Dakota take care of everything for us! I cannot say enough nice things about him. He was patient with our slow learning curve and made sure we knew what we were doing before he left. And he was so very courteous and tactful as well as so knowledgeable about the technology! Well worth the expense!

Service tech installers arrived within the time frame were friendly knowledgeable and did a very good job with my tv wall mount.

The service we received was excellent. We were fortunate to have two individuals that knew exactly what they were doing. They were extremely professional and excellent troubleshooters. They were respectful and clean up the mess after completing the project. This is the second time was had the Geek Squad doing service in our residence. Both times were completed with great quality.

Jeff was friendly, pleasant and explained exactly what he was doing, He suggested we replace our power strip with a surge protector. which we agreed was a good idea. The bracket was mounted, TV set up, and the sound bar linked with no problem at all. He showed us how to operate new TV and sound bar. Very good job

The agents mounted TV and TV Brackets. From start to finish they seemed to know what they were doing, made sure they took care around furniture, wore masks, answered questions made sure we knew how to operate all devices, stepped us through TV operations, made sure we called Xfinity to fix a broken modem, advised us of change our decision possibilities that included upgrade in size of TV.

The team was awesome. Professional and beyond helpful in installing a new TV in my brother’s (has special needs) new home, and offered to mount his small TV in his bedroom. Above and beyond my expectations. They mad sure everything worked before leaving and were very friendly. Thank you Geek Squad!

Steven who put up our tv was awesome and I think he deserves a raise. I would hire him in a heartbeat because of his kindness, quickness, and his stellar customer service. You need to let him train all your staff. He's awesome
