The original installers where terrible, in over thier heads. If that wasn't bad enough, they scratched our new TV console. Best Buy stepped up and sent a new crew who went above and beyond, did a great job!

The guys were on time, careful, did a fantastic job mounting our large tv. Highly recommend!

The geek squad agent mounted and installed my Samsung 55” tv to the wall as well as connected everything to my Xfinity service. He was very helpful and explained step by step what he was doing until the end. He was exceptional and went over and beyond to help us feel comfortable by having patience and taking the time to explain and show us how to use our new tv.

I love my new Samsung Frame TV. The guys who installed it were really careful and wanted to be sure I was happy with it.

Had another great install from the guys at Best Buy. My 83 inch oled was installed and well as the cables. They didn’t hesitate, everything came out clean and professional.

The Geek Squad is great! They tried to use our existing mount for our new 77 inch TV, but showed us how it would not work anymore, and replaced it then and there with zero issues. Very knowledgeable and very pleasant and professional.

Having technicians who make adjustments to ensure customers are satisfied with placement of products is awesome. I greatly appreciate the respect of my home with technicians wearing shoe protectors, carefully carrying my products to avoid denting walls, and meticulously setting up all equipment. This is truly a white glove service.

We had the Geek Squad help us mount our tv to the wall. We were a little hesitant about the price but it was so worth it! They called when they were on their way, they got here when they said they would, and they were very professional with the installation. Very quality work. So glad we had them do this rather than try to do it ourselves!

The two gentlemen who delivered and installed my TV were amazing! They were courteous, fast, and efficient. I had the same crew for the first delivery / install for the initial TV purchase and for its replacement. Great crew. Great service!

Two guys installed my Samsung 75 inch TV. They helped sync the Dish remote and mounted the tv without a hitch. They were professional and knew what they were doing. Bert was the same guy who installed my system in 2009. I am not tech savy, but they were patient and explained how to operate everything. They also cleaned up and were on time.

could not have been better. very knowledgeable and explained every thing I needed to know. he was very understanding that we were older and not up on all the latest but explained everything perfectlt.

It took 3 attempts to get my installation done. On the first try, the third party installer was very thorough and knowledgeable and spent over 4 hours trying to get my TV right. He played phone tag with customer service and personally went back to the store to get new mounts. Ultimately he stated that he did not have the authority to get my job done. He specifically stated that I should get the Geek Squad to do the job and not the third party that the Geek Squad assigned to me. The second time I specifically requested the Geek Squad, yet a third party was sent again at the improper time. The installation was incomplete. This again required me to make multiple calls to customer service to try and get a resolution. Finally, I was able to get the real Geek Squad in and everything was done correctly. I had a second TV installed the next day with the Geek Squad that was absolutely excellent. The only thing missing was a call back from the Geek Squad. I would have informed them that the set up caused my TIVO to overheat and shut down. I rearranged this myself so I did not need to have them come back. Bottom line is that if you have a very simple installation, the third party installation is fine, but if there is any complication, only the real Geek Squad can correct your situation efficiently. In addition, never call customer service with a problem. Go to the store where you can speak to a member directly. Even that can be a problem as I had to go to another Best Buy to get someone to send the real Geek Squad to service me. My rating is the average of the poor overall service I received, not the last visit from the Geek Squad which I would rate just short of perfect. It took 4 weeks to get things right.

Literally perfect. The guys came in and installed the TV with no hassle. I think our wall is a little imperfect thanks to some unfortunate contractors but the geek squad made it happen. They secured the tv and it looks perfect!

AS OF FEBRUARY 18, 2025 AT 5:20 PM, THIS SERVICE HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED AS PROMISED IN 2024!!!!! WHY? THE SEVERAL TELEPHONE CALLS I HAVE MADE TO MAGNOLIA REQUESTING TO COMPLETE THIS SERVICE AS PROMISED APPARENTLY HAVE BEEN IGNORED BECAUSE SUCH SERVICE HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED. BEST BUY/GEEK SQUAD/MAGNOLIA WHO APPARENTLY JUST TOOK MY MONEY AND RAN, SO IT SEEMS. MY FUTURE PURCHASES AT BEST BUY/MAGNOLIA HAVE BEEN PUT ON HOLD AND WILL BE CANCEL SOON DUE TO MAGNOLIA NOT FULFILLING IT'S PROMISES IN GOOD FAITH

The tech guy did more than install our tv. The install was clean and efficient and all was programmed to work. Her even have is a brief tutorial on how to use the tv, know than the "quick" start. He even told is how we could save on teckie stuff that would have faced even more on the install.

Super smooth and easy service. Scheduled our appointment a few weeks out while we waited for construction to finish up. Our installer came on time, asked lots of questions to assure she had it placed correctly and went about her way. She finished quickly, walked me through the TV setup and was on her way. So friendly and left the room perfectly clean. She even took all the packaging!
