AS OF FEBRUARY 18, 2025 AT 5:20 PM, THIS SERVICE HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED AS PROMISED IN 2024!!!!! WHY? THE SEVERAL TELEPHONE CALLS I HAVE MADE TO MAGNOLIA REQUESTING TO COMPLETE THIS SERVICE AS PROMISED APPARENTLY HAVE BEEN IGNORED BECAUSE SUCH SERVICE HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED. BEST BUY/GEEK SQUAD/MAGNOLIA WHO APPARENTLY JUST TOOK MY MONEY AND RAN, SO IT SEEMS. MY FUTURE PURCHASES AT BEST BUY/MAGNOLIA HAVE BEEN PUT ON HOLD AND WILL BE CANCEL SOON DUE TO MAGNOLIA NOT FULFILLING IT'S PROMISES IN GOOD FAITH

I think this was money well spent! The squad was very courteous and very clean in everything they did. They assisted in choosing the correct location and then was very precise in cutting holes and attaching the mount. They made it possible for me to add another cable without having to remove the tv...something I greatly appreciated. They gave basic use information, but after they left I was disappointed they didn't go over how to use more functions of the tv (ie voice remote, adding apps)

The agents did a great job of answering all my questions and installing the unit exactly how we wanted it. Then they took the time to help set up the remote features and showed us how best to operate.

Geek Squad techs were fast efficient and cleaned up everything when they finished the install. They were very familiar with every piece of equipment and worked together well. Very pleased with their work!

They mounted the TV help me set it up as well as connected all my devices such as ps5 and other game consoles

The agents arrived on time and totally set up the TV and showed me how to use the remote. Very courteous agents willing to take the time with me to explain everything. Only drawback is they are not allowed to work on electrical outlets as they could not relocate my wall mount so the TV sets too low and I will have to rehang the TV myself

Installation crew (2) arrived when they stated. Hooked up quickly. Made adjustments as needed and cleaned up. Very fast and efficient!

I bought this tv onsite once I read reviews about TCL televisions online. Out of the box the tv was beautiful. It was light and easily mounted on the wall. After understanding how to adjust the settings this TV actually had a beautiful picture. Unfortunately the sound was muffled and lacked the clarity of my previous Samsung TV.

The GS team was on time and did a very nice job of installing our TV and sound system. Thanks!

The Geek Squad installed our new 65 inch Sony TV. They were very fast and professional. I really like tools they use to locate the studs, then set the screws. So glad I didn't try to do it myself. Plus, after we got some new furniture, we needed to move the TV about 10 inches. Thanks to being a Total Tech Support Member, it was a reasonable charge to get them back and move it. Once again a timely install and professional.

Had a window of time of then the Geek Squad would arrive. I was glad to get a call early in that window saying they would arrive soon. They arrived and were to work. They had to move the TV/mount from one wall to another and they did it with ease. Very knowledgeable and I'm happy with the result. Not my first time having Geek Squad come over to help mount a TV and I have recommended them to others.

the Bobby was right on time, called ahead, did a great job with the installation and left everything in perfect order. He took time to explain the product to me answered all my questions and left the area clean and in order. Very satisfied with the service and professional attitude.
