The guys were amazing they sett it up in no time and took they time to teach us how to use it

The Geek Squad are the best part of purchasing from Best Buy. They are knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. They took down the old TV; set up the new TV; and hauled away the old one and all the boxes. I highly recommend them.

The Geek Squad agent was professional and mounted my TV along with installing my in wall cord system. The cords that came with the system were too short, and the agent set an appointment to come back with the correct size cord.

Can’t say enough about our Geek Squad service!! Thorough, polite and measured everything to make sure our new TV was mounted perfectly. Even when taking a second look since something was off a little … went back and double checked the leveling (turns out our 1971 house isn’t exactly level … of course!!!)

My TV was mounted for me, and all my accessories (sound bar, dvd player, internet) were connected and tested. Installation was neat, with all wires hidden. Tech was quick, and thorough, and pleasant and professional to deal with. Answered all my questions, and pointed out things that I had not been aware of.

The young man that installed my new TV did a wonderful job. He was on time and kept me informed of his arrival time. He cleaned up all his mess and set up both remotes. I think he's wonderful and wish I could get him back to help me with the Samsung remote. I think Samsung gets F on ths remote for seniors. No light, too small, and harder for seniors to use.

Alex and Jake came out and hung my new 70" TV efficiently and quickly! I paid a little extra for them to move my current TV upstairs. Later in the day, I went upstairs and turned my TV on and there were some crazy lines all over the screen.. I texted Alex with a few pics and he immediately took responsibility for the damage. This was Sat (Dec 2) afternoon. By Tuesday, a claims rep called me and asked me how much I wanted to purchase a new TV!! I immediately went online and found a 55" for 369.99 and I had a check in my hand for 400.00 by yesterday (Dec 8)! Alex and Jake could have denied they damaged my TV.. not only did they not deny it, they worked quickly and proactively to get me a new TV! Kudos! I highly recommend!!

It took three tries to get a 2 man crew in place with the right items to mount a large TV and sound bar, but they did a great job in a timely fashion. They left the work area clean and neat.

Geek Squad Mounting Service for TV’s (ours was 85”) is a “no brainer”. The guys showed up we’re exceptionally polite and professional! They came with everything the needed to mount the TV (tool wise - you have to provide the mount) and not only hung the TV and connected everything...but took the time to program our remotes and walk my wife and I through everything! These guys are PRO’S!!!

Cheek swab so professional came out and mounted my television in what felt like minutes they were very educational walk us through the entire process connected the sound bar gave us a demonstration wore mask and practice the necessary safety measures I felt completely honored to have Best Buy in my home and was completely satisfied with the service that I received thank you Best Buy

Once the geek squad arrived, it was 2 days after they were supposed to be there, probably because either the wrong phone number or not having the gate code, the installers did a great job, and their expertise was unmatched. They also provided me with handy hints on items that would utilize the system better without seeing the wiring.

The technicians did a terrific job mounting and connecting our new 77 inch LG C3 OLED TV. I will always use the GEEK Squad to install anyone large and/or complicated.

Squad men were friendly, courteous and knowledgable. The entire set up process was smooth, and efficient. They explained about the tv and what to expect. They (Bryan and Zac) were truly an asset to Best Buy.

The Geek Squad reps, Mike, Mark, and Luis all did an outstanding job recommending what would work best in my home. They delivered the items when they arrived and set to work doing an efficient install that is working like clockwork. I can not say enough about how great these guys have been.

It was done quickly with no mess left behind. The TV looks great, and the mount exceeds what we originally expecte, it even turns smoothly with the 80” TV to almost 90 degrees.

The squad did a great job as usual. They has installed many TVs and speakers for me and always to a great job.

The Agent installed the mount quickly with no problems. He was nice & knew what he was doing.

I ordered a TV and mount for my daughter and they delivered the TV, mounted it on the wall and set it up for her. This was all included for $0 because I am a Total Tech Support subscriber and it was definitely worth it. They were in and out in 30 minutes and the TV is well secured to the wall.

The two technician who installed my tv did a fantastic job efficient and knowledgeable of the skills to get the job done
