Technician set up the TV quickly and it works as I like it.

The guys set up and connected our TV to all the cables in record time. They were friendly and courteous. And very mindful to wear covers over their shoes. And they took the old TV and box!!

Great Service by the Geek Squad, I had purchased an out of Box Sony Top of the Line MINT! I picked it up at the store, as the store gave me no alternative. Took it home, had my knee Replacement surgery and then call the Team up and they came out and mounted the 65" in our Bedroom, but alas the Store had put the wrong remote for my $3700 TV in the Wrapping, so I called customer service about the Remote and told them I couldn't walk yet, would they mind sending it to me, but they couldn't do that, so I purchased a new Remote from Remote.com and when it arrived I called Team Geek out again so they could turn on the Tv and finish setting it up fo me. It looks swell now, and while I still have things to hook up the Picture is Great. 3 stars for BB Phone Customer Service for fighting me all the way till I just gave up. But the TEAM Geek that came out did an 12 Star job. This is the second time I have used them, they even hid the wiring.

The Geek Squad guys are definitely the "heroes" of this install. They got it all installed, set up and working very quickly. The wall mount would've have taken me all day and they had it up so fast and made it look so easy! So glad I had them do this work.

The Geek Squad did a good job installing my full action wall mount and attaching TV, but they weren't very considerate about my needing them to be at the house first thing because I work 3rd Shift which caused me to loose sleep for work. I made the appointment a week in advance to make sure I could get the very first appointment, but they got to the house with only a half an hour left at the very end of the estimated arrival time. The Geek Squad will do a good job, but don't count on them keeping their word on when they will arrive.

Excellent job. The installers were very professional. I was informed of the arrival time and they showed up as stated. Everything went well and they did not leave until I was fully happy. Took the time to show me how to operate the entire system.

The agent set up my television (no mounting was required) and made sure I had access to everything I was supposed to and explained how to navigate among devices. He was patient and knowledgeable.

The Geek Squad brought our new TV and installed it which was a wall mount. They were very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. This is absolutely the way to go. They were in an out in a short time. I purchased a Sony TV, which came with free mounting. The geek squad did a fantastic job. They put up the mount with no problems and no mess. They showed me the basics of the TV, and they even wore booties to keep the floors clean! While I'm not sure I would have paid the full price for the mounting, I would highly recommend it if you can afford it. It takes the headache out of mounting the TV, and they know what they are doing.
