Had Spencer Chapman install my new Samsung S95F 65 in TV and Wall mount. They were nice, well dressed, cleaned up everything and set up the new Samsung soundbar with the TV. Everything works perfectly. I have always had great luck with Best Buy in terms of good pricing and the best intalls!!!

The people who came out to install it were some of the easiest people to work with. They updated me when they would be at my house, showed up at the time they promised and finished quickly. They set everything up and cleaned up any mess. Very professional and answered all questions.

We chose to purchase this because we bought a TV from Best buy and wanted to have it mounted the same day it arrived. The guys that came out to mount my tv were awesome. They showed up on time and worked quickly. They also dialed in all the settings and got it connected to my wifi network. They went over everything, explained the remote, how to get around, etc, They also cleaned up everything before leaving. So the service itself was top notch. However the purchase price isn't a very good deal for what's actually included. And what's included is nothing. All you get, beyond the basic tv set-up I mentioned above, is your tv, mounted on the wall with YOUR mount. You see the technicians aren't allowed to do anything at all with the wires, They won't hide them in the walls or anything like that. You also have to be sure you've already purchased the mount yourself and have it available. So for $200 what you're really getting is just a basic tv hang, using your own mount. That can be had for $50 all day on the Marketplace. And getting the tv set up and connected to your wifi is pretty simple. Something you can probably do yourself if you HAVE wifi, because you're already used to finding and logging onto your network. It's kind-of like the "convenience fee" you pay when you go to the corner 7-11. You're willing to pay more than you know you should if you're wanting it all NOW, like we were, But if you can wait, you can certainly get a tv mounted much cheaper.

Sean and his partner did a professional, timely and owner friendly mounting, setup and tuning of the new big screen TV! Very cordial and answered all my questions in a manner that was easily understood.

Fred and Wolf were right on time and knew exactly what they were doing and had the tv on the wall in a short amount of time. They both were professional and courteous, and Wolf even programed my remote while Fred was finishing the wall mount. They were the best and I thank them both for making it so easy.

I was extremely pleased with the setup of my smart Sony TV. The two gentleman who installed my TV were friendly, professional, and competent. They were helpful in answering my questions. Furthermore, they were quick with the installation. I could not ask for more.

After a false start on first scheduled delivery, nice job.

I used the Geek Squad to remove my old LED TV and mount my new 4K TV in its place. I'm fairly savvy with connections, but there's no way I could have handled the mounting and removal of the old set due to size and weight. The guys were within the time window, called ahead before arrival, and took care to make sure everything was setup and working in a way I understood before leaving. Would definitely use the service again for something like this.

Even though the installer were not real familiar with my old sound system they did manage to get it connected and working. The TV was installed right where I wanted it and everything connected and works and they never even made a mess to cleanup.

The geek squad agent Adam T. that mounted and set up my tv was amazing! He called ahead to advise exactly when he would arrive. He was friendly, funny and explained everything. He didn’t make a mess and kept me informed each step of the way. He exceeded my expectations!

Alejandro & Desiree came out to install a new TV in my 2nd floor bedroom. Alejandro went above and beyond in assisting me in getting the TV to the 2nd floor. Awesome Job on Both of them and were EXTREMELY professional. Best Buy should be honored in having them.

The installation was excellent as I mentioned before but it’s too expensive, so I would not choose to go with Best Buy again in the future even though they’ve done the last three for televisions that I had, I won’t use them again because the price is going up too much

This was my second attempt. The first Geeks stole from me and did not mount properly. The two that came yesterday were STELLAR THEY COULD NOT HAVE BEEN BETTER..

Agent came out and advised on better TV Mount. completed it efficiently and completely.

Neat installation, knowledgeable technicians with helpful hints

We purchased the Geek Squad installation and mounting for our 55" Samsung for our console which can be lowered and raised as we desire. The Geek Squad (Andy & Alex) not only did a perfect job of installation and mounting of the TV, but provided excellent, detailed training on all the features available on the Samsung smart TV. We were very, very impressed with the work of Andy and Alex and would strongly recommend them to anyone needed TV connection and mounting.
