Joshua was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He made sure he explained the entire process of the installation and asked if I had any questions after he finished. He set my system up and it was ready to use when he left. I would love to have him service my requests in the future.

They did a great job! I just moved into my new home and they came out and re mounted both TVs that I had mounted in my old place. They were careful and took their time and made sure it was done correctly. I always go through Best Buy because they always do a great job!!

They in stalled a Sony 85 inch TV and did a great job. Looks great and work very well.

The guy was great, polite, professional. Even wore booties over his shoes to prevent a mess. We had bad weather. The TV was mounted great so far. We haven't really moved into that guest bedroom, but if feels strong & sturdy, turns nice, etc. The only complaint I could have was he left a bit if garbage from the shipping box on the floor but I still give him a 10!

Geek Squad is the ONLY reason i still shop at Best Buy, professional helpful experts in their field AND happy in their profession!! Don’t lose the Geek Squad and use a third party like you did for appliances - as i don’t buy my appliances from Best Buy anymore because of that decision

I can not say enough about the fantastic job the Geek Squad member did mounting and setting up my TV. He was very professional and took care of removing all the packing materials from the TV. He also let me know he was on the way and during set up he made sure I was happy with the placement before he drilled any holes.

Very professional, efficient and thorough in how they did the installation and offered guidance in how to position the tv based on the mount used and accessing the tv for connecting additional cables later on. Every part of their process was professional and highly impressive. Great experience overall!

The guys were very polite and professional and made surety tv was installed to the height we wanted it and made sure it worked. They showed us some new functions on the tv and remote and made sure we were ok with it before they left. They took old tv out side for us and cleaned up completely after themselves.

The guys set up and connected our TV to all the cables in record time. They were friendly and courteous. And very mindful to wear covers over their shoes. And they took the old TV and box!!

The agents mounted my TV and connected it to all devices. They were quick and did a good job. The TV picture is beautiful and the sound quality is better than my previous TV. Although I had to work with my cable company to program their remote, the agents left me with the Vizio remote in a condition that allowed me to watch TV before calling my cable company.
