We had 2 bad TVs installed before this one. New crew installed it. Much better crew

Ron was very professional and courteous. Respectful of my property and mindfull of saftey. The installation was quick which shows Ron knows what he is doing. Additionally I wish I could give more that 5 Stars because Ron went above and beyond by facilitating the rescheduling of my appointment because a snow storm prevented the original date.

They mounted the TV help me set it up as well as connected all my devices such as ps5 and other game consoles

Samuel and Majid did exactly what I had requested, which was to mount my TV on the wall in the kitchen, connect it up to Verizon One, help me (and show me) how to get Disney plus, HBO max and make sure it all worked. They did a great job and patiently showed me how to go online after they left so that I felt confident enough to do this myself.

These team was very professional. They took special care much like they were doing it for themselves; measuring and centering to ensuring all the wires were hidden properly and even mounted the AppleTV on the wall mount out of sight. They cleaned up after themselves as well as taking care when drilling to catch all the dust.

The geek squad team from Madison Heights was professional, on time, and did an excellent job!

Definitely recommend. They were very considerate. They did a great job. We will definitely have Best Buy do the installation again.

They installed my TV with professionalism and care and followed all my building’s HOA rules without a problem. They had a great attitude and were very helpful and nice. I recommend them without hesitation. They were even early which was nice and the updated me the new schedule in addition to calling the day before about their estimate arrival time. The installers were courteous, capable, and went the second mile to make sure my new TV was fully connected to my current devices, and that I knew how to operate it all seamlessly and access all of its features. They didn't leave until all of my apps and devices were fully up and running with my new TV.

Couldn't have asked for better service. The tech was very nice and knowledgeable and walked me through the menu and settings on my new tv and answered all of my questions and made it easy to understand ....i recommend highly and would use again in the future for piece of mind in knowing everything was done correctly and I am in good hands!

The installers arrived on time . They were efficient and courteous. Most importantly, they took the time to set up and program the remotes and were very patient in explaining how to use all the feTures. They set up all the apps and explained how to use them, . They were very patient with our questions and did not leave until we understood how to use all the features.

So very pleased with the job the two gentlemen did when they put my TV into the wall in my back bedroom. Very professional install the wall mount and the TV. They also connected my receiver and surroundsound speakers to the receiver. Couldn’t ask for a much better job. Thanks again
