this was an incredible service. I bought a 55" tv for my parents for Christmas and got them a wall mount as well. the Best Buy geek squad experts put the tv right where my dad wanted it, my parents were very pleased, and it was all free as a Best Buy total tech member!

Can’t say enough about the guys that installed and setup my TV. I could not believe how fast they performed a complete in wall installation of a large 77 inch TV. Including setting it up and explaining everything about my new TV. They were courteous, knowledgeable and did a great job.

The geek squad installed the wall mount and my 85in TV, quickly and professionally. Even though the dang thing weighed about 100 lbs.

After a little mixup with the scheduling the gentleman that came over to finish the job we’re both excellent flight. They did forget hook up my phone, but I guess I’ll have to have them out again.

The agents mounted my TV and connected all my devices. They were very flexible with timing and worked well around my work schedule. They quickly got the job done and cleaned up very well. This is the 2nd time I’ve used them to mount a TV in my house and both have been great experiences. It’s very well worth the price because then I’m not stuck with a giant TV box that I have to get rid of.

The installer got there early and was not only professional, but friendly as well. He explained everything he was doing, asked if I needed anything else before he left, and made sure that I was happy with the job. In the end, he also stopped me from cleaning up and said that was his job. He then proceeded to clean up everything in the area.

The agents were very courteous and knowledgeable. They were very helpful and didnt rush me through my questions, treating me with respect. I am not a techy guy and they were a godsend. I will definitely use their services again and feel confident referring them to friends and family.

Geek Squad delivered my new smart TV; removed and disposed of my old TV; installed my new TV and instructed me on how to use it and its accompanying remote; and cleaned up any debris from packaging etc. I was very pleased with all of these services.

I bought a TV for my almost 80 year old mother and the person who did the set up could not have been nicer or more helpful. He was patient with her and taught her how to use the tv (it was a smart tv). He also set it up so she could have access other networks. I was so appreciative for the service she received. Thank you for taking care of my mom!!

Amazing customer service! Both techs put us at ease when our wall was difficult to work with. They were both so helpful and kind and took time to explain in detail any questions I had. They were incredibly personable and that was extremely important to me. They made my tv look amazing and perfect. So happy about the look, but even more happy about their service. If I could I would repeatedly request just these two techs every time.

The service guy was excellent and he did a wonderful job. I had my TV mounted on the wall and he did a great job, He arrived on the time he said and cleaned up his mess and asked if I needed anything else and he was good to go. He programmed the TV and got TV all ready to go. I totally recommend him. This was worth the protection plan . Thanks again John S.

We purchased a wall mount for our 65" TV and we also purchased the option to have it installed. The two people who came out to do the install were very professional, clearly knew what they were doing, and were very respectful, asking for permission before moving any furniture, etc. They did an excellent job, put the TV exactly where we wanted it on the wall, and showed me details of how to use the mount (moving the TV out to get behind it, changing the viewing angle if needed, etc.)
