The Geek Squad was great. They were on time, quick and efficient. They set up the TV and made sure everything was functioning. They walked me through set up in the streaming services. They took all the packing material. I would highly recommend them, it was a great value.

The agents removed TV from wall & reinstalled it. They were absolutely wonderful. Made sure I checked everything before they left. And explained several things to me that I never new about. These 2 guys are a great example of great customer service.

Adella and her team expertly mounted the wall mount, overcoming constraints in the size of the frame it was to be attached to. They installed and setup the TV and then connected it to the existing DirectTV system, gave me some basic instructions, and opinions on accessories we might want down the road.

For context - Our purchase was a new TV, 2 TV mounts, move and mount an existing TV and, mount and install the new TV. In a nutshell, the service, set-up and installation was excellent! Our Geek Squad tech - Brandon, was thorough, pleasant and definitely knew what he was doing. For the price, we received all that could possibly have been expected. I highly recommend!

Two professionals arrived and had my TV mounted in no time. They explained the operation of the Fire Stick that they installed(I had this from an older TV). They took away the trash which was a benefit that I didn't expect. Overall, I was happy with the service.

Brian and his colleague (apologies but I do not recall his name) from the Springfield, VA location were great. They were prompt, courteous, extremely knowledgeable and I will definitely use them again. This is the 2nd time I have had Geek Squad install TV's in my new home for a total of 3 TV's. Geek Squad always stays in contact leading up to your appointment time. When installing the tv, they are accurate and take the time to make sure the job is done write. All while cleaning whatever mess they made up and being friendly. I will continue to use Geek Squad for everything installed in my home.

People were very nice and helpful. They answered all of my questions, and even though they did not install my TV to a wall (part because I didn't want to and I wasn't sure if I could be able to), they were very willing to assist with making sure that the TV was good and ready before leaving.
