The guys were early and respectful of our home. Did an outstanding job answering all of our questions as they worked. My wife was really please with the several suggestions made and ultimately their recommendations worked out just fine. Bravo Zulu to both gentlemen!

The Geek Squad employees assigned to install and mount the tv did an excellent job in a timely fashion. The spent considerable time explaining the features of the tv.

The install team arrived on time, really took the time to work with us on perfect placement of where to hang the wall mount and TV and answered all our questions. They were very neat, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. The guys were friendly and respectful.

The 2 Geek Squad guys did an excellent job. Mounted the TV on the wall, connected to the sound bar and cable box quickly and efficiently. Got everything synched and left me fully happy with their work.

The crew, two guys, were great and very professional. I'm happy I used them to install my new TV. They were able to reuse my old mount and got the centering of the new unit perfect.

These guys are true professionals. They have mounted 5 or 6 TVs for me and completed other services as well. I have never been disappointed. They are always friendly and respectful. These guys care about my floors and my walls and they always make sure I’m completely satisfied before they leave. The agents were on time, were extremely professional, and completed the entire install with politeness and humor. They reprogrammed my Universal Remote exactly as I liked and were very thorough with explaining to us how everything worked! Great job fellas!

Two guys came over to set up the tv and they were very helpful, one of them set up everything and the other guy answer all my questions. I had the TV on the wall and running in no time. Excellent service.

Great service. Mounting was completed by Zach quickly and cleanly. Zach was very responsive and courteous. Even went back to store when we realized a new power strip was needed to complete the installation! Another great reason to keep the Total Tech!!!

We purchased a Total Tech membership when we purchased our 65" LG OLED TV. The install of TV and mounting bracket was free with our Total tech membership, and install was on a brick wall requiring special mounting fasteners. There was some confusion between Best Buy and the installers regarding the install date and it appears the confusion was on the part of Best Buy. Still, a great quality install.

Entire installation was very quick and efficient. I was told of potential problems and solutions. I was asked, when options existed, to select what worked best for me. They had all of the tools and supplies needed. They put down mats to protect our floors and the components. They cleaned up after themselves. They showed us how all of the components worked before they left.

My Frame TV was mounted quickly and efficiently and the walk-thru lesson on how to use was very helpful! Excellent, friendly technicians who kept me informed prior to and during appt.

These guys were the best. Specifically the two that came and mounted mine. Really top tier guys. Took time to make sure my TV was at the exact right eye level while we talked about anime and silly nonsense. Pretty good experience.
