The agents came to my home, mounted my television and explained all the features, warranties and more. A truly thorough experience and I'd recommend Best Buy for mounting again.

The two installers were very knowledgable and professional. They took the time to explain the process and instruct me on how to use all my new equipment. They were very courteous and answered all my questions.

The only reason that I did not give it 5 stars is because Best Buy had two different installation appointments for the same day. That was a waste! One crew could have mounted both TVs during the same visit. However, both crews were very professional and proficient in what they do. You could not ask for better service!

Well mounted, and works well. The technicians worked diligently and smoothly and got my large tv safely up on the wall and the mount works LIKE MAGIC!!!!

The agents were on time, friendly and hard working. They stated they were unable to use the TV wall mount I purchased from Amazon.com. Since I wanted my tv hung I purchased on from the agents. “Luckily” they happened to have a brand new tv mount in their van. I don’t know if BestBuy forces the Geek Squad to push BestBuy products in their customers home. Just seemed very suspicious.

The two gentlemen that installed our TV were absolutely amazing! They were kind, intelligent and quick.

My Frame TV was mounted quickly and efficiently and the walk-thru lesson on how to use was very helpful! Excellent, friendly technicians who kept me informed prior to and during appt.

Geek squad came in and installed my TV and briefed me on its functions for optimizing my TV watching experience. Thank you, geek squad!

Jim was great! However the rest of my experience with Best Buy was terrible - both in store and phone. Quite possibly the worst customer experience ever. People gave me misinformation - repeatedly; people repeatedly lied when telling me I would be called back; one in store person was shockingly rude...and this is upon my first meeting him and giving him background (which he requested)...I didn't know him, had no experience with him, was simply telling him what had happened and he was grossly unprofessional; it took from my orginal PAID order on Jan 1, until Feb. 2 to get my TV installed...after two no-notice cancellations. Beyond terrible.

Geek squad was incredible performing five mounts in my home. They provided updates on arrival time, were courteous, knowledgeable, and even added all my apps with my usernames and passwords. Helped with Sonos config and all connections. They were respectful of our home and safety all wearing masks. Did not leave until we were completely satisfied

The Geek Sqad did a terrific job getting the TV mounted properly, hooked up to our satellite dish quickly, and no problems getting it to work properly with audio receiver.

Why install a huge 85 inch TV yourself and risk breaking it when these guys will come and install it. Totally worth the value to not risk breaking high value items.

When the Erika and the other technician came the second time with the appropriate equipment they were able to promptly efficiently and professional complete the job!! They did great and explained everything as they went along!

The agents were very knowledgeable and nice and helpful. We loved having them here. They even suggested some improvements we hadn’t considered and completed those for us. So they went above and beyond.

We had an agent from the geek squad come an install two TV's. I was very pleased with the communication regarding their arrival time and he did an excellent job installing the TV's.

Very good Technicians, they know their business and are very helpful, I can highly recommend their service. They take time to thoroughly explain how to use the equipment they install, and they take all of there empty boxes with them when they go.
