They handled it in a quickly and professional matter! Could'nt have asked for a better squad. I have a new born and 2 dogs and that did not change the speed and Professionalism. Thank You!

The two men that came in did the job though I had majority of it done on my own- all i needed them to do was lift it onto the mount I had which they did. There was a little tension between the men though. Oh and one of the guys wont mention his name seemed a bit annoyed when I tried to correct him on something pertaining to the mount i had. Aside from those service was good.

The installers did a good job. They were very careful not to damage furniture, floor or wall. My one reservation is that BestBuy charges too much for this service ($250).

The guys that came did a great job. They hid all the cables and took the box and stuff away with them. They then took the time to make sure everything was set up how I wanted and gave me a tutorial of how to access and use the TV.

The actual service is awesome! TVs mounted quick and easy and right where I wanted them. Scheduling needs a lot of Improvement. They were not knowledgeable of the services I was trying to schedule… which was pretty simple, 3 TVs, mounted, and run the HDMI cable through the wall. I became a total tech member first to get all the added benefits at $50 a TV. I had to have 2 different appointments because the first one they didn't have all the necessary equipment to run my HDMI cables in the wall like they should have.

The installers were courteous, capable, and went the second mile to make sure my new TV was fully connected to my current devices, and that I knew how to operate it all seamlessly and access all of its features. They didn't leave until all of my apps and devices were fully up and running with my new TV.

Just purchased a 77" TV for $3100+ and would have no one but Qeek Squad for delivery and wall mount and setup. Team delivered on time, were very friendly, set up all the bells and whistles and connections, cleaned up and departed. I ALWAYS use Geek Squad for delivery and installation. Best ever and well worth the price.

This mount is perfect ! You can slightly move the tv with a gentle push or movement of the mount to tilt up down left or right. I would highly recommend to get a technician to install the new mount . They know what they are doing! They installed it perfectly and I didn’t have to worry about possibly leaving it loose or not having it centered.

My GeekSquad team was awesome! They not only did a great job, they were efficient but not rushed, and were totally helpful with the questions I had. I was even given a business card to call them back directly if I had any issues in the future. AND, they called to follow up about a week after my visit to make sure everything was still working.

I believe the Geek Squad member's name was Brad. His installation of our wall mounted TV was excellent. His knowledge and level of professionalism were exceptional. Thanks Geek Squad!

They set up our OLED TV perfectly, with no issues or damages. However, they refused to relocate our old TV due to a foot injury on one of the professionals. While it was not a big issue, I wish we were sent different professionals because I had to pay extra for good samaritans to finish the job.

Agents came in, brought my tv, hung it on the wall, made sure it was working and connected to wifi before leaving. They even cleaned up and hauled the packaging away when they left!

The guys that they sent over mounted my 77 inch LGG TV over a fireplace prior to the mounting they advise me how low the TV would be and where it would sit on the mantle where my Sonos sound bar is minimal distraction and they measured before installing Sade insured precise leveling of the tv

These team was very professional. They took special care much like they were doing it for themselves; measuring and centering to ensuring all the wires were hidden properly and even mounted the AppleTV on the wall mount out of sight. They cleaned up after themselves as well as taking care when drilling to catch all the dust.

This was an easy mount in my bedroom, although the TV is a heavy Plasma. The team did a great job recommending that it not be mounted directly in line with the top of the door frame as if it is slightly off it will cause depth perception issues - so we mounted it about 2" below and it looks great. They even pulled through an extra HDMI cable for future use.

It was easy to schedule, and the techs were on time, professional and did a great job.

Both installers that came to house were fantastic. Very polite and professional and got the job done quickly. One of the best experiences I've had with an in home service.

I purchased a Sony TV, which came with free mounting. The geek squad did a fantastic job. They put up the mount with no problems and no mess. They showed me the basics of the TV, and they even wore booties to keep the floors clean! While I'm not sure I would have paid the full price for the mounting, I would highly recommend it if you can afford it. It takes the headache out of mounting the TV, and they know what they are doing.

The team did a great job mounting the tv over the fireplace and were very friendly and professional. They also fixed wiring that the home builder had left hanging out of the wall (in case we wanted the tv on the floor)
