Set up tv and sound bar. Explained everything. Very careful of floors during installation.

Mounted, installed TV & Sonos sound bar. Removed old TV & TV mount. Sorted some Sonos issues for us. Overall well done but small problem with the Sonos wall mount which were able to fix ourselves.

The installation team was beyond wonderful. They were quick because they knew just what they were doing. Friendly. Kept me informed of their arrival time.

The technician was pleasant and did a great job mounting the tv. However, I marked the wall where my dresser fits and he placed the tv at the dresser level. I cannot bring my dresser back into my bedroom.

The Geek Squad arrived on time with all the components needed to complete the job (TV, mount, in wall kit). They were very efficient and completed the job within an hour. They made sure all the controllers and sound bar were working properly. The vacuumed up all the dust and hauled away all the boxes and debris. We were very pleased with the courtesy and care the Squad provided.

They also worked with me on where to mount my television and even provided advice, that even I never would have thought of, to meet my expectations. Very glad I paid for the service and they even gave a walk through after the install with my products. A+++ job!

The Geek Squad located the wall mount location, marked it and proceeded to attach the bracket, ready for the TV. The neatness of the install was especially appreciated. All cords and cable devices were mounted with zip ties to the bracket so when the install was complete it appeared to "float" on the wall. Very efficient service.

The guys mounted my TV and soundbar to the wall and set everything up. They did a great job!

The geek squad mounted a large tv on a wall that was difficult to work with. They worked until they had the job done, were very professional and made sure I knew how to work everything once they finished. The Geek Squad guys that installed the TV Mount to hang the TV on the wall was very organize, neat, professor and knowledgeable. They had an answer for the questions that I asked. It didn’t take long to complete the job.

The tech was on time and very efficient. The tech was prepared with all the needed safety gear. He asked to right questions and was happy to demonstrate the functions for the TV, which was pretty new to me, I did not know it had so many new functions. This new wall mounts creates additional new space and it generates functionality for this room.

The installers arrived on time . They were efficient and courteous. Most importantly, they took the time to set up and program the remotes and were very patient in explaining how to use all the feTures. They set up all the apps and explained how to use them, . They were very patient with our questions and did not leave until we understood how to use all the features.
