I only get the geek squad service to come to my house to install anything I need. The third party installer have been an absolute letdown. Roberto is an absolute gentleman and always make sure everything is correct and working properly. Thank you for that.

The process so easy, the Geek squad comes to you house with the TV, they put on shoe covers, install it, clean up and leave just as friendly as when they came in. Appreciate the process.

The mountings of TVs on May 6 was excellent. They knew exactly where the placements should be based on sizes of TVs. The were quick and knew what they were doing. They asked if I had any questions or concerns before leaving. Cindy from Magnolia HiFi home service followed up to see if I was satisfied. May 6 service excellent.

This tv has a great picture. And sound. And I don’t have a sound bar. The geek squad delivered it and mounted it in about 15 to 20 min with a mount I provided. Great job.

They have mounted two tv for us and they are excellent. One of the tv had several extra wires and they fixed the to look nice beside out fire place. Can't even see them. They are a first class group.

I want to tell Best Buy thank you for being there for me and my family. My daughter Antonique wanted to buy me a TV for Mother's Day , which was the greatest gift ever. Best Buy Delivered my TV on time and set up my Channels. I called Best Buy an d add my daughter to my acc. just in case she want's to buy me and the else.

The Geek Squader did an excellent set up job. He was patient with us and later called back to see if we had questions.

These guys are true professionals. They have mounted 5 or 6 TVs for me and completed other services as well. I have never been disappointed. They are always friendly and respectful. These guys care about my floors and my walls and they always make sure I’m completely satisfied before they leave. To some, the cost may be high, but trust me....it’s well worth it to call the Geek Squad.

Good tv mount for 48 to 70 inch tvs and east to install

Although i could have installed the wall mount myself, my tv was too heavy for me to manipulate on my own. I opted for the geek squad install and i could not be more impressed. These guys were very professional, fast and clean. I would definitely recommend using thia service. They will run thru a tutorial of how things work as well as disassembly as well. Great job

Entire installation was very quick and efficient. I was told of potential problems and solutions. I was asked, when options existed, to select what worked best for me. They had all of the tools and supplies needed. They put down mats to protect our floors and the components. They cleaned up after themselves. They showed us how all of the components worked before they left.

Agents communicated install window and updated regularly, They installed the tv and connected everything nicely. Helped set up for cable and apps. Great Job!

They helped install and put the TV with no problem. They did have charges for miving the old Tv to the other room. But other than that it was great.
