The agents were great. Mounted TV on the wall, hooked DVD player, and Headset unit. A very clean install as there was no drywall dust from drilling holes for mount. They were clean, polite, and very helpful explaining the operation of TV worked. They were in and out in 45 min.

The technicians worked quickly and efficiently to install the bucket and mount the TV and sounder. Later, when I had trouble getting the sounder to connect with the internet the technicians returned and fixed it quickly.

Great installation, properly done with great craftsmanship and people skills. Done right the 1st time! I could have done it but it would have eaten up half my day and still not be done right.

The geek squad who came to install the tv could not have been better. They took their time and informed me during the entire process they were mounting the TV and left me feeling very comfortable with how they installed everything. I was not afraid to ask the simple questions you would ask such as specifics of the tv, what is 4k really on a tv, etc when they were here.

My installers were extremely professional and courteous, and did the job very quickly, especially compared to how long it would have taken me! The install was pretty straightforward for them, and they hooked everything up and tested it out. Everything went very smoothly, great job! Very satisfied.

Zac was very professional and courteous. Both installations went well. Small issue with one resulted in having to make a bigger hole in drywall but he assured me that there was going to be someone to come out and make repair. Not a big deal. I would ask for him again personally to assist.

The two agents that did the work were great. Very neat and knowledgeable. My home theatre receiver had an issue. They tried very hard to trouble shoot the problem. Unfortunately the component had a terminal issue and I had to buy another one. They came back in a few days and got everything running perfectly.

Excellent service, they called me the day before and on the day to make sure a time was ok with me. Two guys arrived and proceeded to neatly install the mount I had provided and took care of my LG OLed. It must have taken them less than half an hour and left everything clean with no dust and took all the disposable boxes away. Great service! I would use them again in the future!

The two technicians that came to my home we courteous, professional and did a great job installing my television exactly as I wanted it! The job was performed professionally and my home was left neat and clean!

Ed and Marcus did a great job! TV works beautifully with our complicated audio system. They are thorough, knowledgeable, on time, follow social distancing and cleaning protocols, and leave work area just as neat and clean as it was when they arrived. The agent removed my existing television and installed the new one on the rack. He didn’t take very long to finish and was very professional. He took time to answer all my questions.

We had our TV installed, and the old one taken away in less than an hour. Made sure we were comfortable operating the new TV and had all our questions answered.

Our service technician was excellent. He arrived on schedule. He started work immediately. He helped us decide where to place the tv mount. He explained how to use the tv. Before he left he cleaned up and removed the trash.

I had to use an 'out of area' installation company for TV deliv very to Lake Panorama, Iowa. Wasn't pleased to hear it but the guy was great. Will ASK for him next time since it was faster although the Geek Squad has always been excellent.
