The Geek Squad guys were awesome! They quickly mounted and connected our new tv. They took time to answer all our questions and helped us understand all it's workings! I would recommend them to anyone!!

The team(s) that mounted my TV were excellent. The first team had to reschedule because Best Buy sent a mount without all the pieces. They tried to get one from the store but there weren't any spares. The second team came in, got it mounted and setup SO quickly. I would highly recommend.

I had wanted to get my LG OLED mounted on the wall in my living room for awhile. When I finally got it scheduled I wanted to have the same Great Service by Geek Squad that I received when I had them deliver and setup my LG originally. Chris, the Tech that mounted my flat screen, did a great job.

He was on time and worked efficiently, was very thorough with his explanations, and did a great job with the installation itself. Geek squad installed my TV and that was ok but what bothered me and I definitely didn’t like was the technician kept quoting more prices for drilling hole in wall or for cords that are expensive and he could have just gave me the free one he had in his truck (that I finally got him to give me). He even charged me for setting up the surround sound. I was charged $150 more which I think I shouldn’t have to since I thought I paid enough in the beginning. Over all the service was very good

Great job on the installation and setup. I was disappointed with the price of the wall mount because cause I had to purchase the mount from the Geek Squad because the one I ordered was through Best Buy that never arrived until two days later.

The Best Buy team did an excellent job of mounting my TV. This was the 3rd attempt to mount, and the team was consistent from previous visit which was a huge help
