Geek Squad was good, they installed both TV on the wall mounts I bought. They were fast.

I don’t usually like to fill these surveys out but I actually was looking forward to this one. Michael, Tony and Marcus of the geek squad performed a custom installation of my 85” television, AV receiver and surround sound speakers, I moved the TV from the wall that the old one was on to a new position because of the size. The surround sound speakers were already in the ceiling and it was expected that the speaker wires could just been brought to the other wall where the TV was. As it turned out the existing speaker wires were stapled and could not be rerouted. This didn’t slow the geek squad down. They regrouped and treated it as a new install and pulled all new wire. Even though this added substantial time to the work that needed to be performed, the geek squad stuck with their original estimate to me and did not charge me extra for this extra work. While this exceeded my expectations from a financial perspective, it would have meant little if the work didn’t. The custom install came out beautifully. All wires concealed, all equipment set up and everything explained thoroughly. I feel that I have more than made up the membership fee for the geek squad Tech Support and I’ve got 11 months left. What a great deal.

Although the TV could not be hung on the wall due to a problem with the TV itself, the team did a great job trying, and when we received the replacement TV, the same team did a superb job in getting it wall-mounted.

I actually had no idea that BestBuy did this type of service!! it was really a life saver!! and i didn't even need to have purchased a TV from them! I will absolutely be using them again any time I need to mount a TV!!

Ashley, the agent sent to mount my TV did an excellent job. He encountered some challenges because of the specific location I wanted the TV mounted. Instead of rushing through the process, he took his time to think through the best solution and ensured that the TV was mounted securely and properly.

The installation of our new TV was super fast and professionally done. All of our devices were quickly synced. Service is the reason we love to shop at Best Buy!

What can I- Best Buy and Greek Squad did everything they said they would do! Wonderful service, honored the appointment and set everything up perfectly! Greek Squad- The best team- don't go anywhere else if you need your electronics installed properly!

Excellent!!! Two rep team worked expediently. Answered all my questions. Left my house clean of any paper/cardboard and my damaged TV. Highly recommend letting the Geek squad handle your issues.

The installation crew installed the TV without problems. Very pleased.

Window was 830-1230. I received a call at 845 they would be there in about 30 minutes, which they were. The two gentleman who came in were very kind, professional, and efficient. They did an excellent job. They also wore surgical masks the whole time and put on booties to protect the floors.

The agents who mounted our new 65 in Samsung were outstanding. They set everything up as well as explaining the new TV. Would definitely recommend this service.

The agent removed my existing television and installed the new one on the rack. He didn’t take very long to finish and was very professional. He took time to answer all my questions.

The techs did an outstanding job mounting my new TV and connecting it to all of my devices. They were very friendly, quick, and didn’t leave a trace when they wrapped up.

Great installation, properly done with great craftsmanship and people skills. Done right the 1st time! I could have done it but it would have eaten up half my day and still not be done right.

The Geek Squad Techs removed our old TV from it's wall mounting & set it aside for removal the following day. They installed the new larger TV on the same wall mount, connected our Sonos external speaker and the wireless X1 box. Lastly these G.S. techs adjusted the sets settings for optimum performance. All in all, a job well done.

The Guys dud a terrific job!! Worked very proficiently.

I was impressed with the Agent's perseverance in getting all my equipment to work with the AP's that controlled my sound bars. It took several different attempted solutions before every thing worked properly, but he never gave up. Mounting the equipment was easy compared to setting up the software for my high end equipment that produced the sound.
