Geek Squad does it again! David came out to install the mount and hang the tv for me. He was great. Took his time doing an expert job. Also spent a good deal of time doing the initial set-up of the tv programing which I really appreciate. He made sure I understood the basic functions before he left.

Geek squad came and installed my tv, they did a fabulous job with the installation and programming the tv. They went over everything with us. Would definitely recommend them.

The Geeks came, mounted the set, connected all the wires, disposed of the packing material and left the area as if they had not been there! The geeks answered all my questions, and explained all the Tv gun ruins and controls. Excellent service!!

The Geek Squad did a great job installing my new 86" LG TV. They were very professional, friendly, and easy to get along with. Once installed they made all the best settings for the best picture. Each time they came in the house they snapped on booties to keep any dirt out of the house. Great job.

Squad had to visit my condo twice as I had purchased the wrong mount. It was rescheduled quick and the same team returned. Installation was quick and completed with care, cleaned up and removed all packing materials. After that they took the time to go over the basic use of tv and getting all of our apps installed. Very pleased customer!!

If I could figure out how to work it is fine. The picture is perfect. It sounds perfect. This is like a really nice television. I mean it is top notch.

Service needed to install new TV. They got the TV installed and setup quickly. Even measured to ensure the new install was at the proper height for my viewing. Definitely shows they have the experience for doing the install correctly the first time and keeps the customer in mind too.

My only complaint is that it took 2 weeks to get a $75 credit to my account because I overpaid. Other than that the installation guy was polite, efficient and did an amazing job. Just don’t go to Brier Creek store and expect the same polite, efficient and courteous service. I saw this lady manager talk so bad to an individual. I couldn’t believe my eyes. In addition I’ve had awful experiences there as well. It hurts me more seeing other people mistreated. So I drive several extra miles for better customer service.

John Austin and his associate did a superb job hanging two 85 inch Samsung TVs. They arrived on time and helped us learn how to use them, after connecting them. Other advice was given on how to deal with colder temperature, which was was needed.
