Like Geek Squad service. Agents were knowledgeable and professional. Installed my 77'' Sony Oled tv and connected all cords and tested. Even they came back when I realized that the tv needs to go a little higher (not fault of agents) at no extra cost.

Geek Squad is one of the best services offered at Best Buy. I’ve used both of their in-store and home install services several times and they are fantastic every single time. Very nice and courteous staff.

They were friendly, knowledgeable and careful with our tv installation. They have great advice for what to buy to mount our tv and did a wonderful job!

Agents were on time and super professional. I could not have hung our TV by myself and these guys made it look so easy. They set everything up and cleaned up any debris from the drywall.

SHOWED UP ON TIME. HAD THEM RUN AN IN-WALL KIT FOR THE LIVING ROOM AND MASTER BEDROOM PLUS INSTALL TV MOUNTS AND SETUP THE TV'S. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER AND DID EVERYTHING IN A TIMELY MANNER.

The squad did a good job mounting my tv and connecting my streaming services. The outdoor tv required some special skills which were demonstrated by the team. I would definitely recommend using the Best Buy geek squad for mounting outdoor tvs and setting up internet streaming services.

They arrived early without a call. Installation was quick and efficient. I'm not sure if they set up the Direct TV box correctly, but we manage.

The installers were excellent, then it quickly and it’s completely level.

They are so professional and friendly they carried the tv to the 2nd floor installed the wall mount I already had and everything thing was done perfectly!

The installers went above and beyond to make sure my unique install would work before doing the job. They took additional precautions to make sure the work was done correctly and was secure. The install was on a stone wall and they did an amazing job.

Cesar was very knowledgeable and proficient. He did a great job of showing and describing my options for placement of the TV. Also suggested an option for mounting the sound bar that I had not considered. Overall great experience.

Love our Samsung - 65” Class S95D Series OLED 4K Glare-Free Smart Tizen TV (2024). We could have purchased it at many different location, but wanted to have it installed above our stone fireplace in our new home by Sammy Guajardo. Sammy installed a similar TV for friends of ours and he was absolutely fantastic. He is very friendly and takes pride in his work. Sammy is a great asset to Best Buy.

The service man showed up on time as promised. They knew exactly how to install the TV with the sound bar and did an excellent job mounting both. They explained how do you use the items that I had purchased and went over the remote control with me.

Installed swivel support and new 27inch TV in kitchen Arrived as scheduled installed swivel support and TV efficiently and made sure everything was working AND that we new how to operate it before he left.

The 3rd party that completed my TV connect and setup did an outstanding job. They well in complete compliance of protective coverings as well as social distancing. They were professional, ensured that everything was installed, mounted and working correctly, explained all the how-to's and cleaned up and removed all debris before leaving.
