Geek Squad guys mounted a 65 inch OLED tv in my living room. Beneath they mounted and connected a Sonos Play Bar. They were meticulous, measured, asked me to verify positioning. They wrapped all wires, Velcro’d tv box to back of tv. Tested that tv and sound bar worked properly. Took trash away with them. Completely satisfied.

Installation was very quick and professional. I would use it again.

Dont do it yourself - Hire the pros from Geek Squad - they had me sorted out in no time and made sure everything worked. The only way to go and you are guaranteed it is set up right.

I have been using Geek Squad service from Bestbuy in every of my tech support and install my big screen TV. They always did the job right the first time and very knowledgeable what they do this time with the installation of my 75” Samsung 8 k TV. They did it again! Installers came out twice. First time out they discovered that the TV screen was cracked. Had to start the purchasing process over a few days later. Same installers came out and did a great job.

They not only did a professional install, but they fixed the mess that the Best Buy contractor did a few days prior. Only allow Geek Squad in your house!! No 3rd party contractors that BBuy sends. You can request it! Do so :)

They arrived early without a call. Installation was quick and efficient. I'm not sure if they set up the Direct TV box correctly, but we manage.

our tv is wall mounted over a fire place and this mount is perfect and very reasonably priced. It is easy to maneuver as well.

My appointment was scheduled 2 1/2 weeks ago. The Geek Squad crew texted a smaller delivery window, and they arrived shortly after a call saying they were on the way at the beginning of that window. There was two members of the team. I think one was Megan, but I forget the name of the young man. They were quick, efficient, and careful with my new 75-inch. I had already mounted the frame to the wall, so all they had to do was put the bracket on the back of the TV and then secure it to the wall mount, which they did carefully - checking the wall mount BEFORE they put the TV on it. Then, after plugging it in and turning it on, Megan walked me through what I needed to know to start enjoying my new TV. All in all, they were at my house less than 30 minutes. They were professional and courteous. I'm very happy with their work and punctuality.

I’ve had the Geek Squad setup, install, and mount three 55 inch TVs and the work has been flawless. I highly recommend their service because they do a excellent job and I’m a happy customer when they leave.

Geek Squad agents did a fantastic job mounting our TV. Much better than an amateur like myself could do! When the mount was complete, they did a fantastic job explaining all the features and options. And, with a Total Tech membership, mount cost was discounted from $150 to $50.

The Geek Squad team arrived on time and ready to go. They checked over all the items to be installed to be sure nothing was faulty or damaged. They verified the preferred viewing height and had the mount and TV installed in short order. It looks great.

Highly recommend! The agents are professional experts who complete the task carefully and smoothly. They will give you a call ahead of arriving, wearing shoe covers, drilling with no dust falling to the ground, and share pro secrets about you TV after the installation. Definitely worth every penny you paid!

They helped install and put the TV with no problem. They did have charges for miving the old Tv to the other room. But other than that it was great.

As expected the installation was super smooth and this "Geek Squad" lived up to its reputation.
