Team did a fantastic job coming to mount our TV above the fireplace. Very professional the whole time and kept us in the loop of what was happening. Would recommend this service to anyone.

Outstanding job. Perfect mount to the wall of a large screen monitor. Very grateful for such beautiful work and choice of mount that allows easy access to pulling monitor away from the wall to allow changing HDMI inputs and pushing it back to be flush with the wall.

From start to finish I was given options and asked questions that made me feel like my input was taken into consideration. The agents were on time, friendly and professional. They installed a 75” and 86” tv and their soundbars in just a few hours and configured them and made sure I knew how to use them before they left. Worth every cent.

The geek squad guys are amazing. They know what they are doing and the installation is flawless. I wouldn't consider doing it myself when these guys are available.

Tha technition from the Geek Squad was friendly, helpful, and worked with me to intall my TV so I didn't need to move the mounting arm. It fits nicely in the space of the replaced TV. He spent the time to help me get it all set up and working together with my internet, my Cable provider, and sound bar.

excellent mount for thin TV. It goes right next to the wall with little space between. However it pulls out nicely when you need to access the rear of the TV to add or change cables or for any other reason. One of the best features is the lock when you return it to the wall position. It doesn't move then.

The TV was properly mounted, with care. All features were setup, verified, and works accordingly. All features were thoroughly explained. I'm 100% Satisfied!

Typically I install my own TV mounts and this was my first time using this service. They were great at communicating when they would arrive, the were respectful of my house and belongings. They installed my mount and TV very fast with no mess and made sure I was happy on the placement.

They came on time, put the tv right up where I wanted it and even had some items on their truck that I wanted purchase for my new TV. They were GREAT

The agents did a great job mounting my tv and taking away my old tv and cardboard box. I would’ve given 5 stars but the day before my appointment on July 8, it was suddenly canceled and took me 3 weeks to get another appointment.

The Geek Squad were on time. Very carefully mounted TV with the frame , then showed me how to work it. Nice, mannerly guys.

The Geek squad was amazing. We had two techs in to do the work. The assisted each other and worked independently of each other. The installations went well - fast, efficient and well done. After each tv was installed we got a detailed explanation of how they worked and how we could access all the features. We are very pleased with the level of service we got.

The tech was prompt, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Checked in with us appropriately about placement. Got it done in less than an hour. Worth it~

Geek Squad service. Great technician, he knew what he was doing. Very well-educated young gentleman. He explained to me certain ways to move the equipment with the TV and ways to connect everything.

They did the job professionally and efficiently. They made sure to only use items that would work long term.

Service was excellent! Extremely satisfied. You really should add the in wall power extension service to this service. They compliment each other. Parts are additional but it’s all so worth it. Rob and Ramon were outstanding. When scheduling ask for the Geek Squad by name. Third party installers may not be as good.

The agents arrived during the first half of the window (between 7am-1pm). I was nervous they would not show up until closer to 1. But they showed up around 9-930, and were gone around 10. They were very respectful of my apartment and asked my opinion after every step to ensure I was okay with the placement of my tv

The agents moved and remounted our old television before miunting and installing the new 77" OLED. They were careful with equipment and everything in our home. They consulted on the height and shared their recommendations. They were very knowledgeable and went the extra mile for us.

I had to use an 'out of area' installation company for TV deliv very to Lake Panorama, Iowa. Wasn't pleased to hear it but the guy was great. Will ASK for him next time since it was faster although the Geek Squad has always been excellent.

The Squad came and connected my new Samsung TV and surround sound with fast, precise and friendly installation! Superb Customer Service!!
