The installation done by Geek Squad was outstanding. They were very knowledgeable and patient. Also helped with setting up and logging in if you needed it.

The agents were on spot on with information and the professionalism in which they went about their jobs. Everything was done in a very timely manner with plenty of time to teach us some new things about a smart TVs we never knew! Never felt rushed with our questions or their answers. All around fantastic experience.

The agents mounted TV exactly how we wanted and did it very quickly. They were very helpful in setting up and explaining all features to us. Both of us being senior citizens, we were very grateful that they gave us such helpful service. The TV was a gift so it made the gift even better.

I had an audio and video sync problem with my new Samsung TV. Jeff stopped out to fix it...only took him less than 10 minutes and it now works perfectly. He also answered questions I had about this "Smart TV". He was so friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend the Best Buy Geek Squad to anyone who can't figure out a problem.

If there is anyone out there who would risk dropping an expensive tv to save $129.00 good for you! The Team who installed and set up our tv were tremendous!!! Both have been with Best Buy for over ten years. One team member when I inquired if he had set up many wall mounted tv’s, said just over 8,000!!! Highly recommend to spend the money and relax while the real experts Install the tv!

The REMOTE Geek Squad is and has been, very very good. I upgraded to total tech and as much as I use them, it more than covers the yearly cost. Much more somewhere else as I have so many tech things now, its a must as I am not a techie nerd. The Best Buy Service in home techs. They have varied. I have had washer dryer...dishwasher...fridge. NOW STOVE/microwave and two TV's installed now. I get at Best Buy because of interest free 24 month payments and payoff is great and stress free for me, this way. Each service guys, for each applicance has been different. OVERALL, good service. Its hit and miss now, I feel because of the pandemic , things are different and picking service people that maybe arent stellar is happening. My LAST INSTALL, the guys were good but I think they need to up their Covid Protocol a bit. it should be AUTOMATIC: masks, gloves and booties, no questions about it. HAND SANITIZER if gloves are off. Those hands can leave germs in peoples homes. Even the gloves, so sanitize whatever they bring into your house I feel. I am grateful they STILL PROVIDE an in home service. The guys were nice,, but hard to hear thru masks and had to ask the guy to talk up a bit , then it was fine. Thats personal preference for me I guess. Love my TV as I am in isolation at home alot and it really helps having a great tv with great sound , now. OVerall service is good as I said, just speak up to them if something needs to be done and not understanding, etc. WE ARE PAYING for this service...so I dont let them leave til I fully understand and have my questions anwered in total.

I mounted my previous TV above my fireplace. I decided to have Geek Squad do it for me this time. That is the only way to go. The Geek Squad mounted my TV, mounted my sound bar and hooked up my XBox in 2 1/2 hours. They made all the wiring look neat and hidden. They did in a couple of hours what would have taken me a couple of days to do myself. Definitely the only way to go.

The folks that come to deliver, setup and/or remove equipment are knowledgeable, courteous, and patient with non techie recipients. Great work! Thank You!

I'm a 74-year-old senior who can't do the things I use to do. The Geek Squad tech who delivered the TV and set it up was great. He knew his stuff. Was friendly and answered all my questions. He showed me how to use some of the new technology, so I feel confident using my new TV. He also did a great job cleaning up the boxes. I have never been disappointed in the service from the Geek Squad.

The crew that came were very professional, knowledgeable and super nice! They were nice enough to help me wuickly figure out why another TV was not connecting to my WiFi after completing the job they arrived for. Exceeded all my expectations and was worth every penny of the service they provided! No headaches! Thank you!

Professional and we’re in communication with me because of a different job they had the same day. They came and got the tv mounted and helped get it turned on and ready. Definitely better than trying to mount huge flat screens alone

The people installing it were great! They got there a little earlier than expected which is good and got everything fixed and finished quickly.

The guys showed up to install two TV's. They actually thought that they could use an existing mount and tried to save us some money. That didn't work out, but I appreciated the effort. One of the guys looked like Jason Mamoa which was very exciting to my daughter and her friend. :) I've been very happy with Best Buy and the Geek Squad.

Excellent screen. Very happy with this lenticular screen and also my Optoma Ultra Short Throw projector. Installation guys were very professional and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. The results clearly demonstrate their skills. Thanks BB!!

The service at purchasing was excellent. The Geek Squad members who came to install my tv were very helpful in all that they did in being sure the tv fully operated. They made sure that we understood all the basic things that we needed to keep it operating while we explored all of the options we have available.

The guys that came to the house were really nice and good at what they did. They really took time to do it correctly and not just slap it up and take off. Explained things, made sure everything was working correctly.

So impressed with the Geek Squads installation of my new TV. They wore masks, gloves and booties, they had to drill into a fireplace to mount and install the tv, and they even dialed in all of my remotes for me too. They took the time to properly hide all of the cords and make sure everything was running smoothly. Worth every penny
