Well worth being a Tech Support member. The team was extremely professional. Made sure the TV was mounted exactly where we wanted it. Made suggestions and put the power behind the wall. Then set up all of our channels & made sure everything worked properly before leaving for their next appointment!

On-time, complete delivery and installation of my home theater components by courteous and personally friendly Geek Squad service personnel. Everything went well and works fine. Honestly, Geek Squad's service has always met my highest expectations.

Glad I purchased the delivery and set up. 77” TV is not small nor light for one person to handle without risk of dropping it. Not only was it delivered, mounted and fully set up but they cleaned and made sure to explain the features of the TV.

Greg was excellent at installing our new 75 in Television. They even took the box so I don’t have to put it in the junk! I’ve had to contact him several times over questions on how to operate it since I AM NOT Technical! He has been so kind & patient with me. I definitely recommend using the Geek Squad for installation.

Very professional! I had already had the TV installed by someone else but decided to add a sound bar. I had Geek Squad install the sound bar only to discover the tv had not been mounted properly. I am very pleased with the results after Geek Squad fixed it!!

Two guys from the Geek Squad brought my newly purchased TV and wall mount to my home and installed it in less than an hour. The cost of the install was well worth it as I would not have been able to do it myself. Plus they did the TV setup and made sure everything worked before they left. They attached the existing sound bar and cable box with no problem and gave me instructions before they left.

Well, it has been a couple weeks and my TV has not dropped off the wall, so this seems like a great buy. Shall we say, it was a Best Buy? It probably helps that I had Geek Squad install!

GeekSquad showed up punctually, something I love in today's age of 4 hour service windows. After asking about my desires as to mounting placement, I was provided with additional options/points to consider, and then they got down to business. GeekSquad did the install of the TV & Soundbar, including configuring the wireless subwoofer and programming all of various inputs. A great service all around.

Dont do it yourself - Hire the pros from Geek Squad - they had me sorted out in no time and made sure everything worked. The only way to go and you are guaranteed it is set up right.

My installers were extremely professional and courteous, and did the job very quickly, especially compared to how long it would have taken me! The install was pretty straightforward for them, and they hooked everything up and tested it out. Everything went very smoothly, great job! Very satisfied.

I purchased "Geek Squad" on the cheap because I needed the service the next day. So another company used by the Geek Squad hung my TV but I did not pay the full Geek Squad price and I needed it the next day. I subsequently had the REAL Geek Squad come over and complete the job in true Geek Squad fashion and it was more excellent that this first service.

Zac was very professional and courteous. Both installations went well. Small issue with one resulted in having to make a bigger hole in drywall but he assured me that there was going to be someone to come out and make repair. Not a big deal. I would ask for him again personally to assist.

The Geek Squad team did an amazing job attaching our TV and antenna above our fireplace wall. They were very knowledgeable and willing to teach some old dogs new tricks!!!! They spent a great amount of time with us and answered all the questions. We would not hesitate to call upon them again if needed. They are worth every penny. Thanks fellas! Amazing job!
