The agents were awesome. Treated the equipment as their own and went through the necessities. Very happy with the service and glad I didn't go at it alone.

The two gentlemen (one was Ben) who visited our home were professional and patient especially in dealing with issues from Hargray. They stuck with it and got us up and running. It is so great to have such courteous and business like technicians on your staff!

The agents mounted my TV in exactly the place I wanted and made certain all was working before offering to remove all the packaging that came with it. Quick, efficient, courteous and respectful. There was no way I would have gotten the TV where I wanted it on my own.

The guys were great. I was able to secure a instalation date realtively quickly after I purched my tv and mount. They were friendly, knowledgeable and cleaned up after they were done.

The two geek squad agents that came to install the wall mount were quick, efficient, helpful and accommodating. They cleaned up afterwards and helped us understand the full functionality of the tv. Very worth having them come to do the installation.

Norman and his team were excellent. They showed up early and prepared. I found Norman and his team to be pleasant and professional. I had a very big tv and a difficult wall to put it on but they did it with ease. The mounting looks amazing and very happy with their work. Will be using Geek Squad again when needed.

Excellent service, they called me the day before and on the day to make sure a time was ok with me. Two guys arrived and proceeded to neatly install the mount I had provided and took care of my LG OLed. It must have taken them less than half an hour and left everything clean with no dust and took all the disposable boxes away. Great service! I would use them again in the future!

The Geek squad technician who came to my house on December 27th was very professional, very friendly and he went above and beyond to do all the services l have asked for. His name is Jackson and I was really appreciative and very satisfied for the great quality of his service

The Geek Squad agent mounted our new TV efficiently and kept me informed throughout the process. He connected my receiver and DISH Box which included impeccable wire management. He also made sure the remotes worked as before and showed me how to use the new one. He was very thorough and cleaned up the room before leaving.

Geek Squad did a great job of setting up the TV outside on the patio. They made some suggestions to our original plans and we went with the suggestions which ended up saving us some money.

Absolutely best installation crew for 65” LG OLED TV and two AppleTV’s third generation that are much nicer than previous remote control and these automatically turn off with system shutdown
