Awesome service! They set up my TV, mounted it and cleaned up well. They were patient and very helpful in answering my questions. A little expensive, but I would still recommend them!

I used my total tech support service to set up my tv mounting. The geek squad guys were a pleasure to work with. They did a great job determining the best position for the tv and once mounted explained the features of the mount and walked me through my TV set up. Total tech support offers a significant discount on this service so it’s definitely the way to go.

Squad techs from the Mt. Laurel, NJ store (George and Shawn) were knowledgeable, informative and professional. They took the time to explain their procedures to remedy the situation and provided detailed information on how we may correct the problems we experienced should they occur again in the future.

The two technicians were fantastic. Blake Loeschen and Marcus were great. They made some on-site changes which improved my system. In addition, when they got to my house and unpacked all the items, a universal stand wasn't ordered. Blake called our local store and picked up the stand and installed it. They were very thorough and took as much time as I needed to get a proper orientation to my new system. After they left I had an additional question regarding an adjustment. Blake came over the next day and made the setting change. They both are excellent.

My Geek Squad techs (A.J. and Gilbert) were punctual and amazing. I really appreciated how thorough and precise they were to make sure I was happy with my tv mounting. I was concerned with safety and they took real care with everything I asked. I highly recommend their service and appreciated their expertise.
