The pair of installers were here on time, installed the mount and TV quickly, and fficiently. They cleaned up the packaging supplies and left me happy.

I am first timer with a wall mount - Why did I wait so long. Amazing you feel like the theater in your home. Don’t forget the sound bar . Money well spent

Great squad. Great product. 85 inch tv solidly mounted in minimum time. The mount I chose allows even the largest tv to be pushed from one side to the other to either tilt if that’s what you like or to just attach cords of any kind.

Geek Squad agents did a fantastic job mounting our TV. Much better than an amateur like myself could do! When the mount was complete, they did a fantastic job explaining all the features and options. And, with a Total Tech membership, mount cost was discounted from $150 to $50.

They were amazing. They mounted my tv quickly but efficiently. There was no mess, and they went over the set up prior to leaving. I have used them several times and they never fail to impress.

My installation experts were awesome. They called before coming, arrived on time and did a great job mounting 2 large TV’s. I was thrilled. Kudos to Best Buy!

The 2 gentlemen who came to install TV on wall were delightful. Arrived on time. Got work done quickly. They were able to explain everything well. (Much nicer than the Geek Squad member I used to install the Samsung before this.)

The installer came out put up two TV’s we discussed the height in each room and he put them up in no time. I have had a lot of TV’s put up and the installer was as good as anybody who has put up sets for me in the past

The agent assisted in mounting the TV in our new screened in porch. I had it mounted from the ceiling to which the tech admitted that he had never done that before. A second tech arrived shortly after to assist and confirm the job was done correctly.

The Greek Squad guys were great! They showed up on time to install our tv. The installation went smooth and when completed they asked us we had any questions then finished clean up and left in a timely manner. Thanks guys!!

Charles and Steve or Dick (sorry forgot his name for sure) mounted my TV, and put the old one in the new box. As a disabled person, I appreciate the extra efforts doing things that I'm not able to physically. I look forward to having my TV calibrated.

Both two guys were very nice when working in our house as well as phone calls before coming. They removed the old TV/mount and installed the new TV/mount quickly. Then, they demonstrated and walked us though how to use remote/functions very easily. It was worth to have this professional service. Thanks so much again!!

They did a great job. They took extra time to make sure the height was right, then took extra time to make sure it wasn’t crooked. Very personable and no complaints.

The Geek Squad were on time for my appointment, and went to work after consulting with me. They did everything I asked them to do, and suggested things I didn't thing of. They had a pleasent attitude, and connected everything to my satisfaction.

They did an amazing job, it was new construction, and the technicians, were very professional, and did an amazing job. The one mount would not work, and they had one in the truck that did work.
