Very impressed that the squad took the time to ensure that the TV was exactly where we wanted it, even pointing out potential visual issues if we put it where we thought it would work best.

Very quick installation and easy installation process. Best buy sent over to gentleman to deliver and install my new 75" Sony X95K. The guys showed up on time. Installed the tv within 20 minutes cleaned up their mess and left.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND, The Geek Squad associate who came out to mount my TV was extremely nice and helpful. It wasn't discomfort having him inside my home during the pandemic has he was sure to be wearing all PPE necessary. Service was great and I am very pleased with my mounted TV. Thank you Geek Squad!

The agents came and mounted my tv pretty quickly. They were very nice and friendly. They also took into consideration on how high I wanted my tv to be. Overall, I received the best service with Geek Squad and will be using them for future needs.

This was a contractor and he did a nice job of mounting the TV above the fireplace. He was very friendly and seemed quite knowledgeable about the requirements of getting this done.

They took down my old 75 inch TV and mounted my new one. They had to install a new electrical outlet behind it. Hooked up all my cable service and got me set up with Smart View. So grateful for their top notch service! Really glad i purchased the annual tech service.

I have been using Geek Squad service from Bestbuy in every of my tech support and install my big screen TV. This was probably the best GEEK Squad installation I ve ever had. The installer was great. Educated me on a lot of things I didn’t know about mounts, took time to explain how the tv/remote worked, was professional and friendly and cleaned up after himself. Great experience.

Highly recommend! The agents are professional experts who complete the task carefully and smoothly. They will give you a call ahead of arriving, wearing shoe covers, drilling with no dust falling to the ground, and share pro secrets about you TV after the installation. The Geek Squad did a great job mounting my new TV. This was the second one. They are so professional and helpful. Answered all my questions. They also told me about a new product, which I bought. Excited to have them install my new equipment next week.

Satisfied with the service provided. However, I was informed in store this TV could be mounted flush. Installers told me they couldn’t install flush because of the cable panel and tv mount provided with tv purchase. I asked in store employees several times about flush mounting and informed them in detail my wall set up that matched exactly what installers worked with upon arrival.
