Installation was very quick and professional. I would use it again.

Geek Squad was awesome. Very nice and professional. They even switched put a mount that we bought originally because it wouldn't have worknover or fireplace. One of them drove back to the store switched it out and came back and mounted the mount and tv.

We are pleased with the product as well as with the salesperson who assisted us in the store and the actual installer who came to our home. The problem was that scheduling the installation was a nightmare. Apparently, the store contacts a company that does the scheduling who contracts with an independent installation company that actually does the installation. Again while we were pleased with installer once he arrived, getting him here was so disorganized that it makes it regret going to BestBuy in the first place and I will probably go elsewhere in the future. One hand did not know what the other was doing and we received contradictory information throughout. I would also add that more than once they outright lied to us, telling us that the installer was on the way and we were next only to discover that we were not even on the schedule. BestBuy needs to get its act together!!!!!!! By the way, we were promised compensation for our troubles from the store manager, but a month has passed and we have heard nothing about it so we assume that it will not happen. Sadly, there are not many places left to buy televisions, but after this experience I will go to the ends of the earth to avoid BestBuy!!!!

Professional, timely and mindful potential damage to floors and other furniture

Highly recommend you have a member of the squad bring your purchases in and assemble and place where you want them. Our fella answered all our questions and showed us how to adjust and use our wall Mount!

I had to get a new mount since my ex put up my old one upside down. I joined totaltech when I bought my tv originally so they came out, took the old one down, put the new one up where I wanted it and it looks fantastic!

The two guys (is that an acceptable description anymore) were very professional. I think one was teaching the other. They did a good job, but I'm still not sure how to use remote. They made it too simple.

Give me options of the best locations to mount the TV as I was unsure super helpful and quick and easy service. I love how they double check that I like everything before they finished it up.

THE MOUNTING WENT OFF LIKE A SNAP THE TECHNICIANS WERE CONSIDERATE, KNOWLEDGABLE, POLITE AND PATIENT. I OWN A BUSINESS AND THE 2 GENTLEMEN WHO CAME TO MY HOUSE I WOULD CERTAINLY HIRE. BEST BUY HAS 2 GOOD WORKERS.

The Geek Squad was the best, so so so glad that I added the extra to have them install everything. I really appreciate their input and also asking my family where exactly we wanted things to go. They took into account our feelings about the set up and area for the TV and came through with flying colors.

I went into the store to look at TV’s and the sales person was helpful but I had questions about how to integrate everything into my current home theater system. This is when they recommended Geek Squad. David from Torrance came to my home and checked out all my system and made recommendations. We’ve ordered the supplies and a geek squad team came out and did the set up. It was a great process with David checking in with me all throughout. Would use them again.

The reps were great and very friendly. They did an amazing job considering that space was very small and inconvenient for the size of the TV. Great job guys!

This service is excellent. Had new Insignia TV stand assembled, 65” Insignia TV mounted to the stand plus cable box. DVD player and VCR player hooked up. Installer Ed and helper could not have been more professional and helpful.

The team did a fantastic job mounting the tv and making sure everything was level. They made sure to clean up afterwards and the finished product was installed better than the previous companies I’ve hired for in-home media

I do not like hiring people to do handyman work for me. I caved this time because I was simply too busy with my "real job". These guys were outstanding. The guys who performed the work were in and around the Charlotte, NC uptown area. Your area: YMMV. Highly recommended if the service is consistent in your area!
