Very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. They were courteous, informed me of needed information and cleaned up when they were finished. It relieved some stress as our family has been through some tough things lately and it was nice to have someone who knows more take care of things for us.

Mounting a TV can be a daunting task. Whether you spent a little money or a lot you don't want to see that purchase laying on the floor after it fell off the wall. Having Best Buy install my TV mount is a no brainier. With total tech it's 50 bucks to have them install and mount my TV. They run the cables so everything looks great.

The service I received from the two techs that came out to mount my tv was excellent! Great communication plus they were extremely efficient & fast.

The tech set up the tv well. He also took down the old one and we had to pay a little extra for taking down some extra parts of the mount on the old tv.

The installer named Andrew was very proficient at his job and was very friendly to boot. He explained everything very well and made sure the Blue Ray and XBox we’re hooked up and working. I am about to use them again for 2 more installs. The Geek Squad is top notch and do not hesitate to use them.

I owned 4 TVs but only 2 were mounted. It was time to upgrade so I visited Best Buy and scheduled GeekSquad to install the other 2. They were prompt, courteous & professional & did a great job without taking too much time out of my day. It’s everything that I expected & am extremely happy with this purchase.

Guys did everything we asked to mount our tv the way we wanted, position the furniture, and even remove the packaging the movers used. Even gave me some pointers on setting up my network. All for less than any of the local specialists.

I had a Geek Squad tech install a wall mounted TV and Sound Bar in the Great Room of my new home. Additionally, the tech also installed all of my Hi-Fi and TV components in my office/den.
