The agents did a phenomenal job installing the tv mount over my fireplace in the living room. Very professional work and the majority of the wiring was within the walls, little wiring showing at all. TV was connected, adjusted and we were very happy!

Excellent service the technician where thorough and efficient

The 2 technicians that installed my 65” Samsung Frame TV were personable, professional, efficient, and made sure I fully understood the features of the TV.

I ordered this service to have my tv mounted. I requested Zach because of the awesome work that he had done on 2 previous occasions, this time was no different, there were 2 other guys present forgot their names but they were awesome as well. Install went great no issues, arrived on time would definitely have those guys back.

The Geek Squad kept me informed of when he would be here. Was pleasant and careful with my furniture. He swiftly & expertly connected all my devices, made sure they all worked properly and made sure I understood everything.

After selecting my LG TV with a customer service agent, the process and appointment were thoroughly explained to me. The technicians who were assigned to perform my installation were impressive!! It was such a pleasurable experience that Best Buy will my first choice for electronics and repairs.

The guys were here and done in a very short time. They did an excellent job and left me nothing to clean up. They connected the new television to the stereo system and everything else that needed to be connected. The new set is exactly where I wanted it mounted, and everything works as it should.

The guys from GeekSquad were amazing. They were punctual and knowledgeable and got me all set up in no time. Will definitely be using them in the future.

I had no problem mounting an older 52 inch Samsung with a little help...but the new 65 inch and several added years convinced me to purchase the TV mounting service. The Geek Squad arrived on time with the new TV and quickly placed it on the wall using the existing wall mount. They connected the input cables and the satellite box, and confirmed the TV operated correctly.

I will say I was very comfortable with Nathan and his trainee Truman being in my home. Nathan made sure everything was hooked up to one remote. He explained how to use it with the Roku. He had patience with me understanding how new technology works.

Super job by the techs. They saw an issue with the mount I had purchased and luckily they had one in their truck tht worked best. Super JOB all around and very professional and knowledgeable.

The installer was great and offered all the options on the TV mount. He was very patient in explaining how to work the TV and set it up for us.

Service was excellent. Very efficient and neat in the set up. Tech explained everything they were doing and how to use the TV. Even gave us his personal phone number for any issues or questions. The guys who came to mount my tv on both occasions were superb. Unfortunately for them they had to deal with a very dissatisfied customer. After waiting 3 weeks for my tv and having gone to the store to make sure my act info was correct the tv was still shipped to my old address 1000 miles away. After waiting another week for the tv the guys came in and installed it to only find out the tv had an 86" long crack across the entire top. They knew how upset I was, especially after the last hiccup. They worked to get me a replacement. The 2nd group of guys came in and hooked up the 3rd attempt of the tv and did everything to make sure it was set up and ready to go.

Tristan and Bishop were outstanding in every way. They explained what needed to be done, they went about being very mindful of the home and other furnishings, and they completed (what seemd to us to be) a very complex install. The TV was positioned exactly as we requested (proper height, centered etc.). They are a fantastic team! If Best Buy doesn't send them out together, they are missing out on providing superior customer service.

Jacob was awesome. Set up our tv and guided us through the steps we needed to operate the programming. Gave us some good pointers as well. He was patient with questions and worked quickly and proficiently.

Martin and the team did an outstanding job setting up 2 new TVs! The old TVs included a 50 inch plasma that weighed about a ton, and a 32 that was mounted up high in my garage work space. The first was a heavy lift and the second one was high up and difficult. they did a GREAT JOB!!! WELL DONE!!
