The tv was mounted and is working well. Unfortunately they were unable to connect the tv to the sound system

We had a great team of Roy and Christine. They explained everything to us and, when there was an issue due to the salesperson not quite explaining the pros and cons of some of the items, they made changes to be sure that we were happy with the final product. Thanks Roy and Christine!

I've had 2 tvs installed by BB and in both cases they did a great job including hiding the wires in the wall so they are invisible as well as ensuring that the TVs are at a good height.

Service was scheduled easily, and notifications were timely and accurate. Geek Squad were knowledgeable , polite and worked quickly and efficiently. They talked us through setup. So happy we decided to have installation of our 75” tv instead of struggling ourselves.

Installation team was very helpful and offered information on how to use our existing tv mount. They also helped us navigate thru the basic items on the TV.

The agents mounted my TV and connected it to all my devices. It was done professionally and timely. I don't know why anyone would want to try to install and connect it themselves. With the total tech support purchased it was only 50.00 per tv and made my day 120% better. Moving is stressful enough.

Fantastic service, they used my own mount that I purchased from Amazon. They installed it quickly, perfectly level and managed to not wake the 3 sleeping children that were on the house (one room over!). Awesome gentlemen, can’t recommend enough.

The Geek Squad were great about letting us know their ETA. They were extremely professional and efficient. They called ahead of time to double check the job and to make sure that they would have all the necessary accessories to complete the work. They did forget to hook up the sound bar but we figured that out for ourselves. The only thing that was a bummer was that they could not take our old TV after all because of the size. They did however take away all the other old product (DVD player, old receiver, etc)

The tv mounted on my wall was a 42 inch. I purchased a 65 inch. They had to move my mount over to accommodate the bigger set. They did it so fast and quietly, I was waiting for them to start and they were finshed! They also mounted my sound bar under the tv.

The guys who came were efficient. They came and set tv up and was gone after spending time making sure I knew how to manage this tv. They connected my home theatre and even dvd player. Really worth it using them.

The installer was professional and courteous. He was knowledgeable as well. Unfortunately, Best Buy doesn't recommend an In-Wall Wire kit. You will need to buy one if you want your wires hidden during install. The service offers concealing wires but the kit is sold separately, like the wall mount.

Always kind and helpful. They came in and did their job and were VERY patient with us old folks, explaining how it all works. They waited until we understood the remote and what else we needed to do to enjoy our new TV

The CSR professionally installed my TV, programmed, tested swivel capabilities, and reviewed features and cleaned up upon completion.

The Geek Squad provided a good experience after my new TV purchase. This included removing the old TV and mounting the new one. They also disconnected and wrapped old cables. New features of the TV and remote were clearly explained. All this was accomplished within 45 minutes. They definitely know what they are doing.

Not sure if there are mounts on the market cheaper than this that work as well. Great range of motion. I can tilt both up and down and side to side so i would definitely recommend for a tv in a large room with different viewing angles. If you are viewing in a smaller room where you do not need to adjust the angle that much I would suggest a cheaper option.

With a snowstorm in Wisconsin on the day of my appointment, they politely asked to reschedule. They were totally flexible and willing to come to my house at 4 on another day to get the job completed.(They are usually finished with service calls at 4). When they were here they were very polite, efficient, and had great suggestions for the job that needed to be done!

Was very pleased with Jerry and AJ. Very professional with good manners! They were very careful with my purchase. They work fast together they make a great team! They did not rush and took their time to explain in details and answer any questions we had. Geek squad is very lucky to have Jerry and AJ!

Installation Staff was knowledgeable , properly equipped, efficient , neat, pleasant. Made needed physical and electronic connections and explained remote control units Wore booties on outside shoes. Brought own floor mat for toolbox and parts had all needed installation parts and tools. Well thought out process and knowledgeable communicative staff.
