Your technician Cole Fuller was excellent in every respect. He was very competent and friendly and very courteous. He deserves a raise. He restored my faith in Geek Squad installations and my paying for Total Tech.

The Geek Squad did a great job installing the new TV. There were some issues from the new T-mobile set up which were taken care of by the Squad. I highly recommend the Best Buy staff.

I highly recommend the service, they were careful and mindful of our space and the installation went great. Side note: We had the total tech membership so we didn't pay anything extra.

Geek squad was excellent they set up my 77in LG OLED tv while informing me of all the settings and functions of my tv. Great attitude as well.

Shak and Horatio did a great job in getting my TV to work with the surround sound system. I can now see the 4K picture and hear the nice sounds from all the speakers. I'm very pleased and recommend them and Geek Squad.

The crew did a great job installing my Rocketfish tv mount above the fireplace. They also hung up the 75” tv and hid all the wires inside the mount. Also they demonstrated how the mount moved. They were very friendly and professional and it didn’t take them very long to do the job.

The three agents mounted my tv and were very professional and informative. They put down drop cloths and vacuumed up after their selves leaving my home spotless.

This bracket is very easy to use. We had Geek Squad install it and it didn’t take them hardly any time at all. We love the flexibility we have with using this. Our TV is 75 inches so it’s on the larger side. It pulls out from the wall 18 inches which allows us to rotate the TV so we can watch it from upstairs. Highly recommend.

My technician was quick and efficient. He removed the previous television and mount in less than 5 minutes. He installed the new tv and mount with no issues. He even set up the smart features for mom.

I had a 50 inch tv mounted in the fellowship hall of my church for a game night that we had planned that evening. They sent two people and both were very professional. They mounted the tv very quickly and made sure that everything was in good working order. They were only here about 30 minutes and showed up on time. Everything works great!

Oscar and Mason were both very polite and conscientious while moving in to, out of and about our home. They wore booties, gloves and masks as they did their work. Oscar efficiently guided the installation with great professionalism, asking and answering questions as appropriate. When finished he not only demonstrated how to use the tv, tuner and Comcast remotes, but then asked me to execute various steps to show him that I understood and could use them when he left. He also provided clear information on the cable and adapter products that are needed to hook up our old vhs player. As they prepared to leave they removed all the large and small pieces of packaging, leaving almost no clean-up for me to do. Overall I was very pleased with the installation of both the tv and the wall mount, as well as the integration with our existing surround sound system and blue ray player. These guys worked fast and were very friendly and very efficient. They cleaned up after themselves. I got the yearly all Tech plan so the service was much cheaper for me. It was only $50 I had to have them out twice because I chose to have it hung low and everybody said I needed it higher. So much cheaper to do it that way.

The Geek Sqaud actually made it by earlier than originally planned, as coordinated a day prior. They worked quickly and efficiently, installing the wall mount and then booking everything up cleanly. The wires were hidden and nicely organized, and all systems were operating in sync as requested. Couldn’t be happier!
