Excellent service rep. who installed my 55 in new television. I am a 75 yr. old woman and I couldn't have done it myself. He helped me decide where to put the tv for best usage as well.

The gentlemen who serviced me were on time and extremely professional. What I really took noticed was the care they took in cleaning up after the installation of the wall mount & TV. It as a good decision to use them for these services.

Frank from the Geek Squad did a great job installing and securing the wall mount for my new LG TV. He quickly set up the TV for my preferences and provided instructions on how to use the Apps and remote. Frank also cleaned up and took all of the trash with him. Great job Frank!!

The professionalism of both Thomas and Renee were noteworthy! They arrived on time and proceeded to mount two (2) TVs (55"/65") and a sound bar. They thoroughly performed operational checks on all equipment and made certain that I understood all of the "in's and out's." I would recommend them, specifically, to anyone.

A good team arrived when scheduled and handled the installation professionally. They also cleaned up very carefully.

The person that came in to install the television mount was very helpful and knowledgeable. He came in to the house with all of the tools that he needed to mount the television. He asked us where we wanted the television located. It was done very professionally.

James and helper did a great job of hanging new 65" TV. They made sure it was level and made sure it was working with all attached devices.

The tech was nice and although he was late because of issues before me . He kept me updated all along the way. He was fast, professional and friendly.

If you are thinking of buying this service but are not too sure. Don’t stress out and buy it. I highly recommended. It’s worth every penny. I enjoyed having my TV installed and I didn’t have to do any work. Employees were great and did an amazing job.

I like the end results. This guy paid attention to detailed, never questioned our feed back and had very good and valid suggestions. Tv's went up quickly and look good up there too lol.

The agent did a fantastic job installing the 55” tv. He was very professional, clean, and courteous. He even gave me a demonstration on how to use it since it was my 1st app tv.

No they could not connect all my devices because I was sold a TV that could not connect to all my devices even though the time of sale they said I’d be all set and I’d be good

The Geek Squad Installers did a great job installing my Big Screen television. The lowered the TV mount to the correct height to be in line with my wall mounted speakers and made sure that all of the tv apps were working.

The local store sent the GEEKS to install the TV's. I was very hoppy with their work. All four TV's were connected and everything worked well.

The in house service was fantastic! The two Best Buy team members who installed the tv did a great job of mounting but also a great job explaining. I appreciated the time they spent with us.
