They did a great job installing our heavy 85 inch TV

Mounted, installed TV & Sonos sound bar. Removed old TV & TV mount. Sorted some Sonos issues for us. Overall well done but small problem with the Sonos wall mount which were able to fix ourselves.

Installation was quick and easy over my Mantle/Fireplace for HIM because he's done "thousands" he said. Me...I would have been there all day and put 50 holes in the wall AND it would be crooked...LOL Well worth the money!!

Technician came as scheduled on time. Mounting and installation was made very promptly. All the carton packages and the other garbage was removed

The person who set up the tv and put the tv mount on the wall did an excellent job. He was nice, friendly, and courteous.

They were great. They were friendly and answered all our questions. Took their time mounting the the tv and making sure everything was working before they left.

The team was so great. So nice and professional. Got right to work, let us know about any potential issues and made sure to check with us on placement etc. had us take a look and make sure we were ok with everything once they were finished. Cleaned up after themselves and left everything as it was. Great job!!

Geek Squad installed, Sony 77" they were on time, quickly mounted the new TV over the fireplace. Cleaned up all the box trash. They were great, very professional.

The installer was tall and didn't need a ladder. He did a really nice job while he was here. The install was where I wanted it. He plugged everything in and set the TV with Xfinity Flex. He was quick, neat and kind.

I was very pleased with the TV installation and the mounting is excellent and very practice. The Geek Squad technician was very knowledgeable and made the installation process easy. He troubleshoot the TV and set up all the parameters. I was very pleased with the result.

The guys that installed and setup my TV, Audio, and Wi-Fi system were really outstanding! I could not imagine it being done better. My only complaint is that in their enthusiasm to clean up all of the packaging debris they took the manuals that came with the equipment. I have been able to obtain most of the manuals online.

The Geek Squad service man has done a great job of installing the mount along with the TV. He must have done thine numerous times since the whole process took less than 45 minutes. I couldn't do a better job. I am glad to include the installation service with the new TV. Strongly recommended.

This installation was perfect for me. It happened on time, the techs were very prepared and professional, and they used all of the COVID guidelines at all times. I liked the shoe booties also. They were a great crew, and I will use them for all such installations in the future.

John was excellent. He went above and beyond any expectations. He put our tv stand together and mounted the tv as well as made sure we understood how to use the remote and our tv features. He was very patient and answered all of questions so we could understand the process.
