My service by the geek squad was great. They gentlemen installed my tv wall mount easily and quickly and was very adapt at making sure he wore his mask and maintained his distance. Went over and above to make sure I was satisfied with his service. I will use them again if needed in the future.

The agents who installed my v took their time and ensured I liked the placement before drilling any holes. They worked fast but did everything with care.

The Geek Squad did a great job installing the new TV. There were some issues from the new T-mobile set up which were taken care of by the Squad. I highly recommend the Best Buy staff.

Both technicians did a great job installing a new 75” Samsung QLED TV along with a sound bar and DVD player. I recently moved to a new house and the technicians hooked up the tv to my new Verizon FiOS service as well. The use of the remotes was explained clearly and I felt comfortable using everything after the technicians left.

Guys did everything we asked to mount our tv the way we wanted, position the furniture, and even remove the packaging the movers used. Even gave me some pointers on setting up my network. All for less than any of the local specialists.

The geek squad showed up on time to install my new 65" tv. Fast and friendly. Had a nice conversation with one of the techs about my movie collection on display. They paired all the remotes and showed me everything they did. Highly recommend this service

While the installers did a great job installing, the rest of the process was “AN ABSOLUTE DISASTER!” Single biggest problem with Best Buy is their horrible customer service. Other than physically going in, there is no way to reach the actual store when you have an issue (and store employees confirmed this). When you call the listed store phone #, you are immediately pushed to a call center. When contacting the call center 2 (of 3) associates that I spoke with were unwilling and/or unable to address my issues. If the issue is outside the script they are lost. My first issue was a price match. Zero help from call center. I had to wait when I was back in town to then go back to the store to address. Store associates addressed the issue in 2 minutes. First attempt to install everything was met with a soundbar that never showed up. I was told it was out of stock. I ordered everything 3 weeks prior. I did come to find out that the soundbar “disappeared” the day before initial installation. Second attempt, installer showed up without the soundbar (asking me where it was). His “notes” did not include going to the store to pick up the soundbar. So I needed to go to the store and pickup the soundbar myself. Additionally, he was assigned as a 1 man job. The soundbar was being attached to a 77 inch tv, so i needed to help him take the tv down and put it back up. To his credit he reworked his schedule to come back same day to install after I picked it up. Bottom line, the store associates and installers were great to deal with. But Best buys glaring issues are in their logistics and call center operations. Their overall approach to customer service is severely impacted by their approach to underinvesting in those services.

The Geek Squad did an outstanding job of setting up and mounting my TV. I highly recommend them. They communicated very well on the day of setup. They were very experienced and knew what they were doing.

This came as part of my TotalTech membership, and I was very pleased! Two installers and their supervisor showed up promptly when they said. The entire process was professional and quick. They were very knowledgeable and cleaned up after the installation.

The agents did a great job of installing my new mount and new TV. They worked well together and got the job done in a very reasonable amount of time.
