Misha was wonderful. He installed everything perfectly as well as help me find tune the TVs. He was very professional and had a great attitude.

The tech did an awesome job mounting the tv. He made sure the tv was secured to the mount and that the mount was secured on the wall.

Geek Squad was on time and did a great job on installing the hanging TV and sound bar.

Staff at this Best Buy locations is awesome. They pay attention and listen to your needs carefully. At this store most of the staff members have knowledge in depth about technology BestBuy is selling. I had to purchase 8K TV and I was referred to home theatre team. Demetrius from that team is highly knowledgable and suggested what I need and help complete entire package. He also put us in good hands of very good Geek Squad of Torrey and Eric who did awesome job installing and mounting TV. I highly recommend this center and these folks.

Tech agents mounted, setup and explained all tv functions. They were very thorough, professional and patient.

i will always let the professionals take care of this kind of stuff. when you are spending a lot of money on equipment, don't skimp unless you are experienced. these guys do this every day for a living and they know what they are doing.

Geek Squad installed, Sony 77" they were on time, quickly mounted the new TV over the fireplace. Cleaned up all the box trash. They were great, very professional.

You can always count on geek squad to get the job done correctly with no flaws. Their the best of the best and absolutely know what they are doing.

The gentleman were nice but should have told at the beginning of mounting or appointment that when putting TV in flat position against wall, it will not be in the middle. It is only in the middle when you pull it away from the wall.

Booked online, text reminders and one call right before arrival. So quick and easy to use. The agents were done installing in 20 mins but offered to stay longer to go over tv feature (we opted out)

Geek Squad team was very nice. They hung the TV too high. I didn’t notice it until after they left. Team was overworked and had to rush. Also tried to get my 36” office TV working on cable. TV bought at BestBuy past summer. They got the Fire ATV part working but not the cable part

The service representative did a great job taking down the old TV and mount and installing the new mount and TV. It cost about $450 to do both.
