Excellent installation team. It was a four man job to install my 100 inch TV. Quick, precise, detailed, cleaned afterwards. Considering using Best Buy for my game room with a four TV mount like in sports bars.

They installed very well. They were on time, clean and friendly.

I opted for Home Installation of my new Sony OLED TV. Brian and Manny from Best Buy just left. While they were busy with the install, I was able to prop-up my feet and get my own work done [see photo]. I highly recommend Best Buy’s HOME INSTALL. While it may seem like an unnecessary ‘extra’ on top of what you’re already shelling out for a new [insert your product name here], it has always saved me time, money, and my sanity. Heck, for those of us with high blood pressure Home Install might even save our life *wink* I don’t know about you, but vague instructions, misaligned holes, or missing parts can really ‘test my patience’ even on a good day :-) Even though I AM technically savvy, the peace of mind I get with Home Install ($99+/-) is priceless: two highly knowledgeable installers transport, handle, hang, and program our TV. I don’t have to worry about dropping it, cracking the highly sensitive screen, pieces not fitting properly, missing parts, or reading allll of the instructions on how to program it or how to add/pair additional remotes. I know it will get done right and get done quickly — very quickly. As always. With Home Install NONE OF THAT IS YOUR CONCERN (oh look, there’s my smile!). If the item breaks/gets damaged during transport or install Best Buy’s got it covered, which is nice to know given smartTVs have such highly sensitive screen surfaces. And they always send two techs, making install super quick. They were done in about 20 minutes, which included unboxing, taking down the old 73” flatscreen, hanging the new tv, hooking-up the new tv, programming it, pairing the Roku remote, showing me some of the Sony remote functions, and removal of the packaging if you don’t wish to keep it. When they left they said I could contact them any time if I had any Qs or issues. Who knew that’d be just two minutes later, after they’d just left for their next appointment? I sent them a frantic text and they offered to come back when done with their current install (thank you!). Even though it was getting late, they drove back out and fixed the issue (a simple conflict with our home audio setup which they diagnosed in about 30 seconds!). Two minutes after arriving they were back out the door, and we had an amazing, quality tv that worked. Simply put, Geek Squad Home Install removes all of the anxiety while saving me time.

I purchased a 55" TV and mount from Best Buy and had arranged for a well-reputed, supposedly highly skilled and experienced handyman to do the installation above a fireplace. When I spoke with him about the install, he recommended that I return the mount and exchange it for a different one, which I did. When he came to do the install, he told me that the new mount I'd bought would not work and recommended yet another one. I went back to Best Buy and made the exchange again, and he completed the installation. However, the gap behind the TV was excessive, the wires were very visible and messy, and the TV was crooked. I went back to Best Buy and this time spent some time with a customer service rep., who recommended a different mount and arranging the installation with the Geek Squad. Terrance and Mike came today, removed the old mount and replaced it with the new one. The install is perfect, much flusher to the wall and no messy wiring visible. The process was quick, and they were very efficient, informative and personable. While the price for this installation was not inexpensive, I only wish I'd started with the Geek Squad and not wasted time and money with a handyman who had exaggerated his expertise and experience.

Chris and his partner did an excellent job hanging a 65 inch tv above our fireplace. They took care took ensure the tv was perfectly straight, it was set up properly with our existing streaming service, and then vacuumed up the dust from drilling into the drywall.

I recently purchased this TV mount, and overall I’m very satisfied with its performance. The build quality feels strong and secure, which gave me confidence mounting my TV without worrying about stability. The installation process was straightforward—the instructions were clear, and all the necessary hardware was included. One feature I really appreciate is the tilt/swivel adjustment. It allows me to angle the screen perfectly depending on where I’m sitting, which makes a big difference in comfort. The slim profile also keeps the TV close to the wall, giving the room a clean, modern look. On the downside, installation can be a bit tricky if you’re doing it alone, especially for larger TVs—you’ll definitely want an extra set of hands. Also, if you’re mounting on drywall, make sure to locate studs; otherwise, it won’t be as secure. Overall, this is a sturdy, reliable mount that offers good flexibility and value for the price. I’d recommend it to anyone looking to free up space and give their entertainment area a more polished look.

I can’t say enough about the great job the Geek Squad did in delivery of my products (75” TV, Large Media Cabinet and the mount to hang on the wall. They were courteous, knowledgeable and did an amazing job getting the mount up, tv mounted and putting together the cabinet. They set up everything and cleaned up too.! All I had to do was enjoy once they finished. Would definitely choose Geek Squad again, when needed!

Install Steve and tech Steve did a great job. Everything was done neat and clean. Install Steve made sure everything was done the way I wanted it and gave great advice when I wasn't sure about something. Tech Steve made sure everything was set up properly and explained how and why things were set up the way they were and how to adjust any settings I might want to change. My room was spotless when they left. I am extremely satisfied with the work they did

The Geek Squad are real professionals from the time they say they are coming to the final clean up. Not only did they install my TV in the exact location, but they also installed the wiring behind the wall and made the new outlets look like they were always there. But their services did not stop there. They programmed all the remotes, and set up all the menu items on the TV and the apps that we have. And made sure we knew how to work and operate the TV settings and remote. The Geek Squad was extremely friendly and moved the exiting tv to another room and took out the trash from the boxes.

Review: The Geek Squad team did an excellent job mounting my TV. They arrived on time, were clean and courteous throughout the process, and made sure everything was set up properly. When we weren’t happy with the initial position, they adjusted it until it was exactly how we wanted. Great job overall—I’d definitely recommend their service. For context, this is actually a Sony TV KDL-46EX500 we bought back in 2010. The mounting bracket we used probably cost more than a brand-new TV would today, but it’s still holding up great! Maybe next time we’ll look into reusing the bracket for a thinner, newer TV and even cleaning up the cables with some in-wall electrical work to hide them. For now though, it works really well. The articulating mount lets us move the screen around easily—kind of like Michael on The Office. Sometimes I just sit here for hours watching TV.

Could not be happier with the expert installation of my Frame TV and all components. The team was here on time, very professional and also personable.

My install agents were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. I’m not very savvy with installs, wall mounts etc. They really did an excellent job installing my devices and connecting everything along with hiding the wires etc. Absolutely love my set up now. Thank you to the professional agents Jesse and his team! Best Buy is lucky to have them.

When I read the reviews for the first time, I was a bit hesitant on having my TV mounted but didn’t want to do the service myself so I took the risk. I cannot put into words how please I am with the level of respect and expertise these guys brought to my home. They came on time, put on their shoe slippers, and I welcomed them in. I had already picked up my TV so I had everything waiting for them. We went over location of the TV and possible glare and then he marked the TV location with tape so I could visualize if the height was right. They also installed an in-wall power kit and ran an HDMI cable without me having to ask. (I did provide these items.) Before leaving, they asked if I had any questions, showed me the degrees of motion the mount had, and leveled the TV again to make sure it wasn’t crooked. Then they took the trash and left. I will NEVER trust any other proffesionals with my home! I cannot reccomend them enough! One thing to note- most of these bad reviews are because they opted for a third party company. Choose GeekSquad, you won’t regret it.

Setting up and mounting my 85” Samsung TV was an absolute breeze thanks to the Best Buy delivery and installation service! The installers were professional and answered all my questions, they made effort to keep dry wall debris to a minimum. The mounting kit made the installation process smooth sailing. Not only does my TV look fantastic mounted on the wall, but I also have peace of mind knowing it’s securely in place. The adjustable features allowed me to customize the viewing angle perfectly, enhancing my overall watching experience. Good job mounting tv and sound bar. Could have used cord concealer to also hide extension bar. Could have been a little cheaper it cost me more for the mount and installation than the tv.

Our Installers were perfect. They arrived on schedule, they were polite, courteous and willing to answer any questions about what they were doing. Their expertise showed as they installed a 65 inch tv above a fireplace while having to do a corner mount. They also did the soundbar installation. All said and done, all we had to do was turn the tv on and it was ready, already programmed. The installation was perfect and they did not waste any time. I would recommend them to anyone.

Really appreciate the service that Eliud and his teammate provide. I would recommend have your desire high and location figured out before they arrive by using some blue taps. They can provide the suggestion but ultimately is up to you to determine the TV location. They are really fast and careful on handling things. While they were here, I also ask their advice on home theater system since they are the expert. They were able to provide suggestions base on my living room set up.

they mounted a 98 samsung tv for me they were on time very nice did a good job after it was up on wall they ask if i needed any set up on it load apps internet and such. i said no i can do all that. i did ask that i had a 85 samsung that was taken down in the room if they could carry it up stairs for me as it was aquard and easy for two people.they said normally that is an extra charge but they did it. it took 2 or 3 minutes no problem. sometimes people try and do as little as possible and that very much speaks as to who they are. so, doing a bit more and going beyond what is required also speaks as to who they are in a better light.
