The service representative did a great job taking down the old TV and mount and installing the new mount and TV. It cost about $450 to do both.

The installer Adrian took his time & demonstrated great care with my installation. He walked me through the mounting process, & operation of my tv. He thoroughly cleaned,removed all packaging in his work area after answering any questions or concerns that I had. Very professional experience. Once they actually came and brought the right tv the installation went wonderful. The guy that came out was very knowledgeable and put it up with no problems.

I have to say that the installer that came to mount my TV was extraordinary. He was very courteous, and even called to say he was running closer to the end of my install window which was very considerate so I wasn't sitting and waiting and could do other things. He was very knowledgeable and extremely careful. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Geek squad agent was great. He took the time with me to instruct me on how to operate my new TV. I purchased a Samsung TV with the Spectrum app. He help me download the app and made sure I was able to use it correctly. He cleaned up after his self.
