Geek squad came to the new house I just bought and mounted a new TV over the fireplace. I have mounted TV’s before, but this was more than I could do. Did a great job and did it quickly and cleaned up everything when they were done.

We just moved into our new home and needed everything installed so why not let the professionals do it the right way the first time. They did ! They mounted two TVs to walls ran HDMI cables through walls did everything I wanted at a great price and timely manner . Faster than I could and much cleaner. Thank You for your great service.

Geek Squad worked with me to make sure that installs at all 5 locations we needed helped were taken care of within a 2 week window.

The technicians were great. On time, professional, friendly, knowledgable about product and efficient. The scheduling, however, was not at all satisfactory. The original delivery and installation date was cancelled and I was not notified thereof, causing me scheduling issues with other appointments.

Robert of Geek Squad was able to come in and replace my computer wall monitor in just 20 minutes. That made my day since it was in the middle of my work hours.

I had a Geek Squad tech install a wall mounted TV and Sound Bar in the Great Room of my new home. Additionally, the tech also installed all of my Hi-Fi and TV components in my office/den. He did a superb job!! His professionalism and great customer service were greatly appreciated. I would have the same tech do any future work I might need.

TV was installed on the wall and set up professionally. Apps were updated and questions answered. Also hauled an old tube tv away for recycling.

When they mounted the tv on the wall they took the tv stand that came with the tv, we need the tv stand , were moving we need the tv stand

The agent mounted my TV, connected it to the appropriate devices, and showed me how to use the control clicker to move between TV and Streaming broadcasts. Simple instructions and simple to remember. Good job all around.

The 55” Sony XBR smart TV was in my price range and has a great picture. I own two other Sony XBRs purchased at Best Buy. Geek squad individual did an excellent job of installing the tv on the wall.

The agents mounted my TV and made sure everything was working properly. The Geek Squad is the best! They are polite and explain any questions I have.

The installers were great—very helpful, kind about our dogs barking from their crates, and conscientious about being sure all connections were made and things were working. They also were willing to test and verify that our old swing out stand was fine for the new TV, and said we wouldn’t need the 4K cables with this model. Later I returned the extra stand and cable for an easy refund. This was all as the Geek squad in the store had prepared me for; I was very satisfied with the set up, the device, and the lower price once I returned the extra products that I didn’t end up needing.

Sebastian was great in keeping me informed of his arrival status. Once he arrived, he kept me posted on everything that he would be doing. Definitely very professional and courteous.

Delivery and set up on my 80 inch tv was spectacular! Arrived early, perfect removal of old tv and set up of the new ones. Recentered the mount and everything. Awesome experience! Thank you
