Oscar and Mason were both very polite and conscientious while moving in to, out of and about our home. They wore booties, gloves and masks as they did their work. Oscar efficiently guided the installation with great professionalism, asking and answering questions as appropriate. When finished he not only demonstrated how to use the tv, tuner and Comcast remotes, but then asked me to execute various steps to show him that I understood and could use them when he left. He also provided clear information on the cable and adapter products that are needed to hook up our old vhs player. As they prepared to leave they removed all the large and small pieces of packaging, leaving almost no clean-up for me to do. Overall I was very pleased with the installation of both the tv and the wall mount, as well as the integration with our existing surround sound system and blue ray player. Big thanks to Oscar and Mason!

The crew did a great job installing my Rocketfish tv mount above the fireplace. They also hung up the 75” tv and hid all the wires inside the mount. Also they demonstrated how the mount moved. They were very friendly and professional and it didn’t take them very long to do the job.

Guys were really nice and helpful, I didn't have to do anything and They got my t v all taken care of and replaced from the one that broke

The team that came out to install it did a fantastic job! They also cleaned up everything and wore shoe covers which I really appreciated.

This is the second time I used the Geek Squad to mount my TV. The first installation was quick and very professionally done. The girl even hooked up everything to the TV even though it was not what we paid for. I am pretty savvy with electronic and would be able to do it myself. But she did an excellent job. The second TV we bought from Best Buy was for our bedroom. So, we bought the mounting service from Geek Squad. There were 3 guys that came in that day. One of them was Chris Ixcamparij. For less than 1 hour work, it was pretty pricey. But I have to say, these guys were good. They came in between the time promised. Brough the TV in, measured everything. Used the mounting gear that I bought from another retailer, and did the whole thing less than 1/2 hour. Chris even took his time to show me the basic way to navigate the TV and helped me set up the cable remote to work with the TV as well. They work professionally and very fast. And the work that did was excellent. No mistake, everything was done to precision. It will take us a few hours to do this ourselves and we might not achieve the same result they did. I really recommend Geek Squad service. And Chris and his crew rock! Thank you.

The Squad removed my old TV and mounted and hooked up my new TV. They checked it out with all my attachments and demo that all was working.....

The service agents called prior to arriving, which helped me greatly with timing. When they arrived, they were very professional and courteous. They trouble shooted my issues to make sure the fix was correct and got everything working again.

The technicians were very knowledgeable and professional plus respectful. They explained what they were doing every step if the way.

Donnie and Brennan (Brandon?) were the best ever! They are personable, professional, proficient, and efficient. A pleasure to have in my home. Were able to mount the tv in the tight corner of our kitchen with impressive ease.

The agents were prompt, thorough and knowledgeable. The TV was being mounted over the fire place which did not have a electrical out let over it. However the agents had a work around which allowed them to hang the TV without any wires showing. This exceeded my expectation

The installer was tall and didn't need a ladder. He did a really nice job while he was here. The install was where I wanted it. He plugged everything in and set the TV with Xfinity Flex. He was quick, neat and kind.

The installation crew took a shot time to install. We have never had a wall mount before, and my husband loves it. We had also purchased the cord cover but with a few pictures we don't even notice the cords, so we returned that.

Our installer did a great job! He was courteous, friendly and efficient. He mounted the tv and set everything up for me. Helped me load and login to all the apps and made sure everything worked properly.

The guy that delivered and set up the tv was fantastic! My husband said he was an extremely nice guy! Couldn't say enough good things! We would diffenatly tell others to use this company.
