Technician called when she was on her way and arrived within the appointment window. She was very professional. Explained what she was going to do. She installed my TV and showed me how it all worked, cleaned up and left. Offered to dispose of my old TV but I declined her offer.

I’m well versed in having mildly expensive, slightly awkward items delivered to my home. I have had mostly bad, nightmarish experiences with these deliveries. I have to say that the Best Buy Geek Squad is definitely the way to go! The team of JUJU and Angel are excellent at what they do, almost surgical with their technical expertise as well as being wickedly personable. If you’re looking for something that is expensive and awkward to purchase from Best Buy requests these two and pay the small price to have peace of mind that comes with 0% worry!

The guys did an incredible job mounting my TV. I bought a wall mount that you are able to pull down so you can view the TV at eye level and raise it back up when done. They read the directions, took their time, and the TV looks great, perfectly centered above my fireplace. Couldn't be more pleased. THANKS

Had some difficulties and Jacob from customer service took care of everything and the outcome was awesome. Never in my life had such TLC and service to become a Súper happy customer. They are awesome and all my needs for me personally or for my home will be purchased at Best buy no matter the price, it’s all about Customer Service and they have it all.

Called and had the guys come back because my first mount was hanging crooked. I bought a new mount and called to have the job redone... The guys who came to my home were nice respected my property and did their jobs very well and cleaned up when they were done. Great Job Geek Squad!

The installation went smoothly and Gary was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable. He left my home in a perfect condition. I’m very happy with the service I received.

The Geek Squad installers arrived earlier than expected. Completed installation and set up quickly and professionally. Explained basics of operation, and took all packing materials with them (giving me the option of keeping them if I wanted).

They were on-time and proffesional. They mounted the TV just like I wanted.

I think it would takee me weeks to accomplish what the Geek Squad was able to do in about 4 hours. They not only installed our new LG OLED television, but reinstalled all the home theater components plus a new receiver and HDMI line behind the wall to make my wife happy. The two Geek Squad technicians (Robert & Chris) not only knew their business, but were personable and pleasant to deal with from start to finish. They even took time to train us on using the new equipment.

The agents did a thorough job of connecting 2 tv's, setting up remotes and making sure everything was working properly. Also, rearranged the wires so the surge protector wasn't hanging off the desk.

The Geek Squad came on time and hung and set up the TV, programmed the remote, applied all the settings on the TV for best performance and took the old TV away. I couldn’t be happier with the service.

They were quick and professional. However, it was a little bit too pricey for the amount of time they spent setting up the TV.

The installation of my new television was very dissatisfying. I had to point out things to the men doing the installation that should have been done correctly the first time. I found several screws in the carpet for several days after they left. They were respectful and tried to do a good job. In the end I wished I had just done it myself.
