The guys installing our TV’s were great. We were using existing wall mounts that the former homeowners had left. The guys looked and said the mounts were placed too high (and one was off center, which would have driven my husband crazy) and were we sure we wanted to keep them where they were. It was more work for them but I appreciate the fact that they took the time to make sure we would be 100% happy once the TV’s were mounted. They moved the mounts and placed the TV’s in the appropriate positions for our viewing pleasure. Couldn’t be happier with the installation!

Very friendly and knowledgeable guys, and they installed everything so fast. They even walked me through the TV's features and some basic troubleshooting.

The agent was not only prompt and courteous, he pointed out several options for mounting the unit that would give us much more flexibility in how we used it. He installed it quickly and did a great job of cleaning up his work soace.

I only give off one star because the "description" doesn't say you must supply your own mount. It's my fault for buying a tv at 2 AM, but the description if you read nothing else seems to imply that you are getting a mount included in the $200.00 fee. One person could never hang this on the wall and at 40 pounds for the tv I bought you'd better know what you're doing when you put it on the wall not to mention level it properly. Fortunately for me they had some mounts on the truck and were able to sell me one so it all worked out. They need to add to the description (mount not included in price) or something and a discount off the mount would be nice too not another full hundred dollars. I'm not complaining too much because I used all my coupons up and saved most of the install fee itself but it was still a sort of unpleasant surprise.

The agents made sure they were clear on our preferences before mounting the TV. It was quick and well done. They also helped setup the TV and explain some features, which was very helpful. They were also friendly and there was plenty of smiles and laughter during the time they were here. Excellent experience!

We always get our TVs wall installed through geek squad installation service as you cannot beat the low-cost, courteous and wonderful customer service, they even show you how to set up your TV and program it! Best service all around!

They actually arrived early! and were very efficient and reassuring during the unpackkng mounting to the wall and setting up the programming. They even explained it all to me. It was great! Nice gentlemen.

The tech did a great job taking down the non functioning old TV and replacing it with the new purchase. He made a few minor adjustments to the wall mount and in the end the tv was perfectly placed on the wall. He was a real professional.

Our initial service for TV installation was terrific. The installers were very friendly and helpful. I was a little discouraged to learn that our new 65 inch OLED would likely only last 6-7 years, but not as discouraged as when the panel on the TV went bad less than 45 days after installation.

The Geek Squad are knowledgeable and able to provide a service I can’t do myself. They are strong to lift the TV plus able to connect everything to enable me to watch TV immediately

The crew did a great job installing my TV mounting bracket and TV over the fire place. The listened as we discussed the best mount height-especially as we might upgrade our current TV to a larger size.
