The Geek Squad arrived in two and were on time. They knew what they were doing and were very courteous and efficient. They did a great job of mounting the TV.

Love my new Toshiba. What I love even more is my warranty plan through tech support. The television has a beautiful picture and offers more wall space coverage than our previous television. The picture is crystal clear. Gorgeous picture.

I mounted my daughters tv for her birthday. She absolutely loves it. I opted to have the wires ran in the wall and it was so worth it. The crew was very nice, courteous, and prompt. They went through everything with me and insured I was satisfied before leaving. I highly recommend.

The agents set up my wall mount and installed my TV. They also stayed up make sure that the setup of the TV went through without any issues

The Geek Squad installed a wall mount, in wall hidden cabling and my LG TV. They returned later to replace the 65" tv I had bought with a larger one, when I decided to upgrade. Both experiences were excellent! The Geek Squad members were friendly, professional, extremely helpful, and exceeded my expectations.

The Geek Squad team that came out did a very nice job mounting our 85 in tv. They were pleasant and professional. The main technician was Matt. I’m sorry but I did not get the assistance’s name. They got everything paired up which was great too! We did seem to have an issue regarding our remote and programming within a couple days after they left (could have been somewhat related to our lack of tech knowledge on exactly how it all worked and paired together- not really sure what was causing the issue) but it was really helpful and wonderful that Matt had left us a form with his information on it (name/phone number) so we could easily get in touch with him if needed. We called him and he came back by the house later that day and resolved the problem. He walked us through things again and everything works great! All in all - everything went well and we are very happy with our new tv - it looks awesome mounted. Thanks guys!!

They were excellent! Mitch and his associate arrived on time, explained what they were going to do, asked if we had any questions, and did an outstanding job mounting, installing and testing both the TV and sound system. Mitch stayed around to show us how everything works and gave us his card in case we had any questions later. Very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very helpful!!!

The Geek Squad was on time and went to work and literally in minutes completed the installation of the wall mount and 65 inch TV, They programed the TV picked up all trash and answered all my questions. All this in about 1/2 hour.

Justin was the customer rep. who came to our condo to recommend what we needed to purchase. Justin did a awesome job and what he recommended what the perfect solution. Neil did a great job in doing the installations. Both guys were very nice and very customer focused. Hats off to the both of them.

Super professional set up. Very thorough. Also incredibly courteous... which is always nice.

This one again has the best picture quality. Nothing can beat Sony OLED picture and 65” can go in any room later when Sony comes up with newer and better stuff!

I am very grateful for the Geek Squad members that installed the wall mount and bracket for the Sony tv purchased. Geek Squad also setup the tv and provide instruction on how to add apps to tv.

The technicians were friendly and efficient. They were kind enough to put on shoe coverings without being told. And they helped me with navigating through the TV and setting it up after they installed it.

The Techs that put my television up did an excellent job. It’s secure & done clean. Well worth the money.

The Geek Squad is the only way to go. They came in took my old TV away and mounted the new one (which we love !) They went through all the necessary tools that made me feel comfortable with all the new set up.
