Good initial result but then my cable box fell off the back of the TV after about a week. The lead geek squad person came back to fix and now it is difficult to change channels using the remote. Geek Squad personnel were efficient, very pleasant, and helpful but as of today the overall result is not completely satisfactory.

The guys were amazing. Came in quick got everything set up and explained to me what will be happening where the tv would be put and got it done within the hour.

Your guys were outstanding at setting up our TV. Knowledgeable and patient with me! Great in all ways - moving the TV into our condo, setup and cleanup. Thank you!

They came on time, put the tv right up where I wanted it and even had some items on their truck that I wanted purchase for my new TV. They were GREAT

Always kind and helpful. They came in and did their job and were VERY patient with us old folks, explaining how it all works. They waited until we understood the remote and what else we needed to do to enjoy our new TV

The technicians delivered, mounted the TV on the wall and setup the TV. Connected the TV to the internet etc..

The first delivery was going good until when they were to put up the tv, there was a large crack on the display. They had to take the tv back. What was difficult after that, was that I had to call Best Buy back the following day myself to try and find the exact same tv, order it, and then schedule a new install date. It was confusing, because you would expect Best Buy to try and find the tv and call me back to schedule a new install date from their end.

The installers were very thorough, courteous and knowledgeable. I already had a wall mounted TV that the new one was replacing, and it only took them about 20 minutes to complete the setup. I was very satisfied with the work they had done.

Had some difficulties and Jacob from customer service took care of everything and the outcome was awesome. Never in my life had such TLC and service to become a Súper happy customer. They are awesome and all my needs for me personally or for my home will be purchased at Best buy no matter the price, it’s all about Customer Service and they have it all.

The two men were absolutely great! They were able to completely set up our TV explaining how to utilize the controls. Very respectful of our property and meticulous in every way.

The Geek Squad Technicians took my old TV down and installed the new one in no time. They set it up to work with my satellite and DVD player and showed me how to work the remote.

Not only were these guys technically proficient, they were very courteous. The entire process took no more than 15 minutes and the mount works perfectly. I would definitely use this service again, especially since they mounted a 65-inch TV. Didn't want to risk messing that up and I'm satisfied with their service.

The installers were very knowledgable and very courteous and I was overall happy with their ability to mount and install such a large TV, but I noticed after they left that they left two large dents on the cabinet tops directly below the TV. If not for this damage to my cabinets, I would have given 5 stars.

The tech was prompt, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Checked in with us appropriately about placement. Got it done in less than an hour. Worth it~
