Good service and good price. If you need to cut holes in wall to run wiring or add electrical outlets they cant do that but we were satisfied for the price.

Very professional and conscious of where all the cables would go, making sure they were hidden. Explained many of the features of the TV.

Geek Squad was good, competent and knowledgeable. However after waiting 3 weeks for dellivery the TV was broken I still do not have my TV

The installer did a great job of installation. He was quick and efficient completing the installation process. He set everything up, tested everything and showed me how to use it. He answered all of my questions. I am very pleased with the delivery and installation service.

The Geek squad installed my new 55" TV efficiently and explained the process in terms that I could understand. Unfortunately, he informed me that the One connect wiring that comes with this TV is not rated for in-wall placement, so he could not wire it with invisible wiring to my receiver. That was disappointing but not his fault, and he looked up the cable that is rated for in-wall installation and offered to install it later. However, Samsung and other vendors do not have it in stock. The technician cleaned up everything after the installation and removed the box but failed to leave the owner's manual with me before departing.

The two techs were great in analyzing and preping the work site for installation of the mounting bracket. They had to remove a former bracket and install the new bracket, then mount and secure the Samsung unit. Cabling the unit was included. I have had no difficulties since the installation. Recommend Best Buy to install.

Everything went fine it was probably a job someone else could do but I could not do. I wanted it done right. I did not like the fact that the scheduling was very far out but that was out of my control. The service person showed up on time did the job cleaned up no problems.

The installers that mounted my television went above and beyond!!! They fitted the TV perfectly, even though they had to modify the mount to make it work. They also relocated my wires in the wall after I had to move the mount.

The agents were able to figure out how to mounted my TV. It was a bit tricky but they were able place the TV perfectly in the upper middle of the wall and connected it to all my devices. Will definitely be using them again when I get a couple more TVs for the house!

While we have hung TVs on our own before, this particular TV was large enough that we didn’t want to take a chance of incorrectly doing it, so we turned to the experts. They did a fantastic job of getting it hung just a great place and just the right way!

First of all, they arrived on time and mounted my tv with precision. They know what they doing. Connected everything and made sure that everything was operational. They left with my place where they work clean.

I bought 3 televisions from Best Buy (all Samsungs; varying sizes) and paid for their installations. The installations were done effectively and quickly. I had all 3 t.v.s installed on walls. The technician was professional and friendly. Great job and great t.v.s.

Both Aaron and Eli were very friendly and helpful. They connected everything for me, but somehow forgot to set up the sound bar. It was okay though. i contacted Aaron and he walked me through it. Great guys, great service!
